sailboat involved in that deadly accident 10 days ago. the yacht was lifted on to a flat bed truck. they could see the holes in the boat. a helicopter removed the boat to its new location. a student shooting was reported at james logan high school. he is hospitalized tonight in serious but stable condition and has not yet identified. logan and two oh schools in the area were locked down for several hours as reports of that shooting quickly spread. >> everybody was running and screaming they told us to go into the nearest classroom. >> i was scared. i said prayer. i was scared. >> reporter: police say the gunman may be the same person

year and a half ago. three options are being considered, leave the pipe in the ground and fill it with concrete. remove part of the pipe and fill the rest with concrete or tear it out all together. the pipeline hasn't been used since the natural gas explosion killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes in september 2010. san bruno fire chief dennis haag announced today he is retiring. the san bruno explore put him in the spotlight. haag has been a firefighter for 30 years. he plans to step down next month. apple stock dropped when it's quarterly earnings exceeded expectation. stocks rose 7% after hours nearing the $600 mark. apple said it's second quarter mark was $11.6 billion that is almost doubled compared to last

principal and teacher including a stint in tucson as a mariachi teacher. the district attorney's office says 49-year-old carlos guzman garza has been charged with two counts of rape after two victims came forward. he was arrested for illegally performing facelifts as well as lip and buttock augmentation all without a medical license. federal investigators say they found 45,000xtasy pills, four pound of crack cocaine, 5 pounds of marijuana, half a pound of heroin and $200,000 in cash. according to the fbi25 people were arrested in three states last thursday. local arrests were in oakland, vallejo, fairfield and stockton.

investigators say the alleged ring change from vallejo, to milwaukee. police are investigating whether a man who was found dead in his apartment earlier this month may have died from a blow he suffered during a fight in san francisco. police found 40-year-old nowindra "mike" singh in his apartment. there was no foul play but an autopsy found that singh died of head trauma. anyone with information about that incident is asked to call police. it was a clean sweep tonight for republican presidential candidate mitt romney, he won five state primaries. reporting jonathan hunt tells us romney is now looking ahead to november. >> reporter: mitt romney sweeps all five north eastern states in the latest gop primaries. the former massachusetts governor winning new york, rhode island, connecticut,
