developments. the dashcam video from the bus has been released, and take a look at this -- police have determined that the driver moved through the intersection before the light turned red. if you look closely, it was very, very, very close, but the light is, in fact, not red at the time this bus is moving through the intersection. >> what does this mean? they take back the citation. >> the tlikt icket will be dism. they're taught to slow down at yellow lights, and this driver was trying to make it through the yellow, broke policy there, probably going to face a little disciplinary action. nick is totally fine, we've been
