inside a military tradition most civilians never see. >> and a hooters girl with mad hula skills. >> she could have done this in sweat pants. >> she's outside the restaurant. >> a terrifying moment for a biologist in north carolina, and it was caught on camera. a 250 pound alligator was roaming the streets near highway 70. this biologist starts by putting a towel over the alligators eyes. it's really tough to watch. what does he think he will do? >> oh no, it got his arm. what did he think he was going

to do. >> you have seen other people put something over there eyes and then they grab their heads. listen to the sound of everybody around when it happens. now the alligator as you see backs down, but he did bite this biologist on the arm pretty severely. he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. >> i don't see the need to go in there with an towel, and not just wait for animal control to show up. >> they got the jaw secure and took him to a nearby swamp.

>> chelsea schnider suspected that someone was breaking into her apartment and stealing her prescription medicine. she set up a camera. at first, she thought it was her roommate, she's like are you taking my meds? she plays the imagine for herself and her roommate, and she notices i know this woman in this video. >> just sick and disturbed. she identifies the person on the tape as robin marie johnson, the manager of their apartment complex. she turned the tape over to the police, and then she says robin left this note paying for her help. >> when you rent a place, you never know who has keys to your apartment. >> she has been on the job for more than a decade.

they talked to residents. she was not fired from her job. the station reached out to the owner of the building, and she agreed in court to give up all of the master keys for the apartment or she could have had to pay $10,000 to bail herself out. >> did anyone else come forward? >> no other allegations have been made against her, but she has been charged with theft and burglary. >> when you get a new boss at work, it may not be the happiest day at work unless you work for the navy. that's when you have a change of command ceremony, and there's all kinds of things that go down to welcome them. this is off the uss enterprise, and it's just like real life top gun going on here.

history of fishing trips. it was in st. agusutine florida. that is a 40 pound barracuda that launches itself from beneath the surface on to the boat. it's an easy day when the fish are jumping on your boat. >> is there a look in it's mouth. he was the camera man -- does he have a hook, was he on the line? >> yeah, evan caught a little fish, and the barracuda jumped

up and grabbed it for a snack. >> so he was going for the fish you got. >> that's right, kevin had him on the line for about 15 seconds. we have had them jump close to a boat and against the boat. >> how dangerous are they. >> their sharp are long and sharp. we got him back over the side to let him swim a way. >> you didn't consider keeping it? >> barracuda are not very good to eat. >> what was going through your head as you were trying to film this? >> this happened so fast. we're fortunate that we all came out uninjured.

this is dashcam footage from one of the officer's vehicles. they were called in because they were stuck -- >> this isn't any normal duck rescue. the duck family is there by to watch. it was pretty difficult to pull this cover off of this drain, and then get down and dig through some sewer to get ducklings. these family is sticking close, they are worried. >> this is another incident of a duck mom being care less with her ducklings. >> you're right, she needs a duck nanny. >> you see the officer starts
