to grab the guy? >> oh, no! christiania will kick off today's show. >> we generally she someone's rv parked in someone's driveway or on the street. we almost never see them like this. >> oh! >> oops is right. this is a 30-foot rv that plunged into a neighbor's pool and boston area news stations were all over this story. you're wondering, how did it get there? >> yeah, how did it get there, christian? >> well, it turns out that the driver of this rv was parking in his own driveway, lost control of this rv -- >> the next thing i knew he put it back in drive and came flying back across quincy street probably at 40 miles an hour. >> they talked to eyewitnesses that saw this go down. >> it went the whole length of his driveway, whole lebt of his backyard, right through a tree,

right through a fence and landed in the pool. >> the driver reportedly said that his foot got stuck on the pedal, but his wife says that maybe there was a medical condition, because he is, according to his wife, a diabetic. after he plunged into the pool, his neighbors jumped into the pool to help get steven here. >> if that guy wasn't here, my dad would have drowned. he immediately jumped in and got the guy out. >> emergency crews did show up and used a crane to pull the rv out. >> the driver is okay. the only thing really damage eld, the pool, the rv, whatever fence he drove through. >> and some street cred because apparently steven did say he is really embarrassed. it's the dog days of summer, and summertime means lots of car fires. in this video we got from ktre, you can see two firefighters trying to put out this truck fire. this video comes from a helmet

cam that belongs to the hudson volunteer fire department. the firefighter with the helmet cam is actually holding that water hose while the other firefighter is spraying retardant on the flames. this took about nine minutes for them to get under control. >> you've got to figure with any kind of vehicle, there's a lot of flammable parts so that makes it even more difficult. >> now, apparently this had been parked in a grassy area next to some gravel and had been burning for some time. at one point in the video you can see the firefighter with the helmet cam pull out some kind of tool and pop open the hood so they can spray more retardant onto the engine. >> it's great that they got there and got this out in nine minutes because texas is experiencing a drought so everything around that car was dried out by kindling. >> the person driving the car when the fire broke out saw it in the dashboard, he was able to pull over and get out uninjured.

>> it's amazing to see firefighters work, how skilled they are. >> it looks like the fire is out but you're seeing a little bit of it under the hood. you still don't know what could happen. it could still blow up. there could still be a little pocket of fuel in there. it could explode right in this guy's face. yesterday i brought you guys this video. >> oh! stop, stop. oh! >> now, if you remember, this silver truck caused a head-on collision with a pizza delivery car. i have an update for you. we did hear back from the brevard county sheriff's office and it turns out that truck was driven by 21-year-old christopher ryan hunter. and according to police, he was in fact driving under the influence. now, hunter was charged with dui and a felony charge of dui with serious bodily injury. >> any word on the condition of the other driver? >> he is expected to make a recovery. now, he was taken to cape canavarel hospital.

he had trauma to the head, neck, back and his arm. he is now recovering and doing much better. and if you also remember, the video caught some folks chasing down what they thought was the driver of this silver truck. it turns out that person was the passenger. now, he did throw a bottle of liquor over the fence, according to police. >> he got a bottle and threw it right over. >> right this minute we have the shooter of this video, jacob lockhart, via skype from st. petersburg, florida. what made you start rolling in the first place? >> he was pushing us off into incoming traffic so we had to slam on our brakes. eventually he just cut in front of us. then he stopped his vehicle completely without any reason. i said he's drunk so i'm going to get this on video. >> was this scary for you guys? >> oh, yes, we could have been the victims just as easily as

davie was. i was shocked, one, that i got the video but two that it happened in front of me. >> we spoke to david aubry, the driver of the pizza delivery vehicle who was involved in this crash and he wanted us to relay a message to you and say thank you so much for pulling over, for helping out, and for catching all of this on camera. >> yeah. i mean he doesn't deserve that. nobody deserves that. he was very blessed that he wasn't hurt more than he was and i'm really glad he wasn't. from what i hear he's going to be perfectly fine. >> talk to us a little about the feedback you're getting on youtube and the internet. >> i didn't expect the video to get as huge as it did but i'm glad that it did because there's a lot of people on the comments that are verbalizing that it's awesome we got these guys on tape. some people are calling us heroes. if i see anything like that, it's going to go down. beth, you're from north carolina. >> i am. >> i would venture a guess you know a little about nascar and racing. >> i know my way in and out of a nascar race. >> well, i would imagine you

probably know not to do this. >> yes. >> that's a ladies trying to take a picture while the pit crew comes in to do their thing at the indianapolis grand am. now, you don't want to laugh, but she was given a warning, apparently, before this video began. the pit crew announced that, hey, clear the area, don't stand close by. especially don't show up with your straw hat and try to take a picture of these guys. >> these guys are in a competition. what did she think was going to happen? get out the way. >> doesn't it make you think of thget out t way. >> get out the way. get out the way, ladies, get out the way. >> move, ladies. >> get out the way, get out the way. get out the way, ladies, get out the way. >> exactly. that would be the soundtrack for this video. >> the pit stop can make or

showed you from reodoso, mexico? >> this one they figured out how to get out themselves? >> no, they did not. according to mary bradley, they say they were at a friend's house and heard the dogs barking. they thought it must be myrtle and her three cubs. they said myrtle was up on the cliff waiting for the babies to come. at one point myrtle went over to the bin, pointed at a 2 x 6 as if to say, hey, could you put this in the dumpster? they went back, got an eight-foot long piece of lumber, put it in there and the three bears came out. >> they're repeat offenders but you can't get mad at them, it's adorable. >> there must be some good eating in there inside that dumpster. i'm sure it's scary when you can't get out but there must be something tasty that makes it all worthwhile. apparently this guy had a summer job working for --

rightthisminute.com. great videos, all day long. the very beginning of this video is the end of a himalayan mega adventure. dirt action magazine's adam ryanman took recently and it's all part of now a mini short. he traveled 4500 kilometers on this moto cross bike and it was a mega adventure because they face a lot of different challenges. in this case, one of those is getting through some very steep cliffs. >> no, thank you! what? you have one little mishap on that and you fall a lot of feet. >> it really doesn't seem like they're scared, though. this is just part of the adventure, to travel on these cliffs. throughout the video, you see these tiny little roads on these mega cliffs a lot, like here. >> who cut all those roads out? don't you wonder who did all the work? >> someone who needed to get to

thanks forring of me. the trailer is from paramount pictures and it's for the fourth installment in the paranormal series. the first three tell the story of a family's encounter through a demon through the lens of cameras and security cameras. what we learn from this new trailer is they're going to infuse video chat footage. so basically i think that's going to add an extra element of excitement because so many people video chat with their family and friends. while watching this trailer, i actually gasped in our newsroom. >> despite the scene in the trailer to us. >> alex, what's happening? >> front door open. back door open. side door open. >> what's going on? >> and then the door slams and that's when i just jumped up and screamed. pretty hilarious. my co-workers got a good laugh out of that. >> why do you think people react to these movies with such fascination, because none of
