a hard-core hobbit fan. >> guilty. >> and why even port-a-potties aren't safe from these pranksters. all right. it's time to get our countdown started. up first, number ten -- >> i can guarantee you, this is one of the most bizarre traffic stops you'll ever see. >> we found this video on the "herald tribune." a couple pulled after over leaving a bar by a sheriff's deputy. the driver, 42-year-old joseph mcneil. >> you guys have a lot of marijuana in this car. [ laughter ] >> pardon me? >> where's the marijuana in the car? >> there isn't any. >> there's a lot of marijuana in this car. >> i smelled the marijuana when i got behind you guys. >> it was -- there's no marijuana in here. >> there's definitely marijuana. >> he is insisting that there is a lot of marijuana in this car. >> there definitely was a whole lot of marijuana in this car.

>> pretty confident. he says he smelled it. keep mind, the jaguar's windows were rolled up. there's no smoke. he's referring to raw, unburned marijuana. >> he should be sniffing luggage for the tsa. >> i am searching this car. >> if you give me a little bit of marijuana, whatever you guys have in here, i can work with you guys. okay? marijuanas a misdemeanor. >> he's saying, come on, guys, i know you have it in here. just give it up. i'm going to search the car. here's the thing. there's no marijuana in the car, whatsoever. what i'm sewio showing you, parf a two-hour long traffic stop. police dogs called to the scene. there was not one but two searches. no marijuana was found in the car. the driver was arrested for suspicion of dui. he later was breathalyzed and was under the legal limit. so those charges were dropped. this sheriff's deputy's

supervisor, come out and say, the aekzs of this sheriff deputy were a little bit weird, but he didn't see, really, any wrongdoing, and in the most recent review of this sheriff's deputy, it also said that his decision-making was also a little suspect. >> you guys have a lot of marijuana in this car. we're counting down to our favorite video of the day. number one is just ahead, but first, here's number nine -- look at this video and tell me if the actions in it seem like an accident to you. this is surveillance individual grow a walmart in new york. you see a christmas tree, because it was shot in december, but the video was just now released. look at what happens here. >> somebody just fell over. >> the woman you think just fell over, that's 70-year-old grace, and the girl at walmart checks receipts making sure you pay for everything you're taking out. that's what she was trying to do
