[ siren ] >> it was one wild car chase in utah. >> stop the car! stop the car! >> now and update on the deputy who got a surprise when he opened the suspect's door. and a solution for men who hate to cuddle. >> saw your arm off. >> or you could just get the morning-after pill oh. >> freedom, gentleman. freedom! i got some first-person rescue footage shot on mount seymour in an area called suicide gully. this is rough terrain, you can imagine. basically what is a two-day search. >> and what they're out there searching for is a dog, missing for 12 days. >> how did the dog get lost? >> apparently he was out on a walk with a family friend and another dog and they think

that's why he got separated because it wasn't his owners and impossible to get the dog back. the owners started posting, and people said, i'm going to go rescue the job. that's why the rescue squad stepped in. it's such dangerous terrain they didn't want rescuers going in there. not only searchers on the ground, they had an helicopter in the air searching this region trying to search for the dog. they had the hospital who, in fact, spotted the dog. >> can you say where the dog's position is, please? >> yeah. he's all right. right down below me here. >> roger. 3:00. i have visual on you. will proceed to that location. >> they get to a position where some are below and some are kind of above where the dog is, and then they start to call his name. >> olly! come here, boy. distance right there. >> oh, yeah. >> can you see him? >> finally, olly, the bernice mountain dog, is reunited with his owner and say because he was missing so long, he was becoming a wild dog trying to survive in the wild. >> at least he's a burmese mountain dog and not at chihuahua. if ever a dog was meant to survive these kind of conditions, it's this kind. we looked at viewers in the orlando, florida, and central florida area are okay following a day thatting whoed a lot like this. this was yesterday. this video is from drew kavanaugh traveling south on highway 1 filming lightning. that's definitely there. but as he continues down the road, it's not just lightning. look at this. >> right there. oh, my god. i think it is. oh, my god. it is.

hey -- holy cow! >> almost as if the funnel cloud appears right before drew's eyes. he said he saw this dark cloud moving way faster than any other cloud in the sky and he said seeing that funnel cloud form was just surreal. >> a transformer just blew! oh, my goodness. >> of course, there are a ton of other videos from this storm pouring in to youtube. one shooting over the indian river and you can see the size of this funnel cloud. crazy. because the guys in the video say, i thought it would be bigger. >> that's not so big. i thought it would be bigger than that. >> if it turns and comes this way, we better high-tail it downstairs. >> ah, yes. >> they're right. according to our friends, there was damage to at least 40 homes in volusia, county, and it knocked out power lines and homes were damaged.

warnings given to various communities. and here's another one from smds the inside the car from the youtube channel. and the guy's driving along, shooting out the window, gets up close and personal with a funnel cloud just on the right side of this highway here. >> this seems odds. seems really late in the season to have funnel clouds. you usually think of the springtime and maybe early summer. you don't think of december funnel clouds. >> oh, my god, it is. holy cow! at a drive-thru you just want your food or coffee or whatever it is you're after. you don't want some guy to jump in and carjack you like happened to this customer here. the surveillance camera caught a man jumping into the passenger's side of this man's truck. >> did he have a weapon? >> turns out that guy had just rob add nearby bank, and he threatened that there were bombs. so i'm sure he used different threats to get this guy to drive

away. >> that's wild. if you look at the driver. the driver looks back at the employee and goes, like -- >> please help. >> even the employee recognized, something is not right. >> you're thinking, why didn't i lock my door? the guy just walks right up. >> you don't necessarily think someone's going to come in and carjack you? >> at all place, the drive-through where you know there's cameras and other witnesses around. >> that's terrifying. i mean, a moment in your day when you're grabbing a cup of coffee and then, bam. some guy who's a bank robber is in your front seat. >> police were already looking for this guy. the bank robbery. he ended up ditching that car and stealing another suv, which ended up crashing near a ferry dock. >> went by here, like a sonic boom it went by so fast. it was just loud. >> where police were able to capture him. >> once in custody they were able to determine there were no explosives at all. the suspect, police say is a 30-year-old man has been booked in to jail.

it may surprise you to know that one of the most popular shows on cable tell vis right now is a show called "duck dynasty" on a & e that follows the robertson family from la larchl. >> batter up. >> they're known for creating duck calls. >> not surprising at all. have you seen this glorious piece of tape? >> i'm not going to work. >> what? >> what y'all need to do, put it on the top of the treenchts you think so? >> their chris this special, the season finale, garnered about 6.5 million viewers. they'll make a tv show about anything nowadays. people will watch it. obviously, this one is better than the others. >> these people are multi-millionaires. >> extraordinarily rich. >> the last time they were walking around in a furniture store and you would never in a million years know they could buy the furniture store. >> they're trying to use their

you're looking at dashcam footage from a sheriff deputy. a routine traffic stop, looks like. behind the wheel of who he pulled over is troy clark birkinshaw, according to a report, berk. sh berk. shaw was found urinating close to the highway. when the sheriff approached the car he saw an easily accessible alcohol beverage container and smelled alcohol, but things take a turn really, really quickly. birkinshaw takes off. >> so, of course, the sheriff's deafty pursues him. >> this goes on for a while. >> at this point birkinshaw goes down a dead-end road. >> i don't think there's anywhere to go at this point. >> stop the car! stop the car! police! stop the car -- >> oh. geez. >> you hear three shots, and then the deputy moves his car in the direction of birkinshaw's car, which has now impacted a

tree, but watch what happens when he gets to the tree to help berk. shaw. berk. shaw's dog was in the car during this entire chase and you see the dog crawl out of the car terrified by what just happened, but he doesn't leave his owner's side. >> stay there! stop! >> the driver unfortunately was fatally wounded in this incident. this all happened on october 26th. i'm showing this video now, sheriff deputy austin was just cleared in this incident. a month-long investigation and they did use the dashcam video to show that he did act within the course and scope of his duties. especially given that he did feel that his life was in danger. >> it's still really unfortunate to see how this situation escalated unnecessarily, because he didn't stop. it's so -- unfortunate. >> stay with me! did you guys ever watch a movie and then go to the location and wonder exactly

in a while. >> to tell us more about this we have christopher maloney via skype "right this minute" all wait from canada. so where did the idea start? just out of curiosity? >> i one day -- i worked next to, and wanted to smo my friends that, printed off a picture and held it up. everyone was like, that's amazing. >> how many scenes have you created so far? >> 250, 300, something like that. the crazy thing is movies from the '40s and '50s are easy to do. a lot of those places are like the empire state building, wall street that hasn't changed at all's if i take a movie that came out this year, last year, it's almost impossible to find the location, because things change so quickly. >> do you do photoshop or foet own hancement? >> i wouldn't know ho to use photo enhancement. >> do you have a favorite? >> the diane keaton and woody allen one is my favorite.

snowstorm that's to the storm that just blew through the midwest. and this is a student at the university of minnesota and he's excited about the first snowfall. >> all right. huge sticking snow and i texted the guys and we're going to head out and see how big we can make a snowman. >> he got all of his friends together. they head over to the u of m campus right there in front of the student union. >> it's almost like he's from florida and the first snow he's ever seen. >> he sets up his camera and they wale do start rolling a big, old snowman. just rolling the balls. according to reports, some areas go the up to 16 inches of snow. brant says they got over 10 here on campus. >> this looks like the perfect kind of snow to make a snowman. just wet enough to be able to compact, but not too wet. >> snowman is 8'6" feet tall.

make him a face, hands, a happy face and say, happy holidays. they say one man's trash is another man's treasure. for these kids in paraguay it really is a treasure. this is aida, a violinist and a cello player, both students in paraguay. take a look at their instruments. [ speaking in foreign languag ] language ]. >> wow. >> that's his cello, and it is made with recycled items that they found at a landfill. >> so they're made out of gaf g? they don't have enough money for real instruments? >> no. they are poor. they live in an area where a violin is worth more than the hole they live in.

>> let's hear. shut up. that is -- that's unbelievable. >> their instructor, his name fabio chavez. as they were ticking through the trash, they found a shell of a violin and decided to restore it, and that's where the idea came from. so then they started just finding random items to create different instruments, and they've gotten these kids from this very poor community to learn how to play these instruments, and even performed. they call themselves recycled orchestra, because that is really who they are. the people in the community have come together to help this program. >> they are also doing this in hopes that they get a $100,000 grant from the focus for filmmakers competition so they can get this money to continue this program. ♪ >> a finely scented man --

whb when you're out shopping one thing is picking up an item and wondering what it's going to look like on. one company created these hooks. these hooks sent a signal.

pick up an item, it sends it to a screen that shows you what the item looks like. they're being tested in japan. in this case giving the example using tights. when you pick up a pair, it shows you what these tights look like on a model. >> you can't really try that stuff on. it's in plastic, seemed wrap. you know? you have no idea how it's going to look once you get it home. >> or where the print's going to end up. like this, you can see exactly where it's going to be. i think it's really cool and i think it will be good if you can apply it to all kinds of different thing, makeup what color it will look like on. or shirt. it's not going to show what it will look like on you but kind of cool to see a catalogue on the spot. a finely scented man is like cat --. that is true. that it true. >> and axe, the men's fragrance spray claims there's only one side effect when using their axe body spray, and that's coverage.
