pop up. this guy is having a great time. this is over zion national park. >> what you're about to -- >> you're about to shock us. >> the instructor hands him the parachute handles and the guy is holding on. he even seems to enjoy it so much, he's very, very relaxed. watch his hands sort of loosen on the parachute. the instructor says hey, buddy -- >> i need you to hold on there. >> the guy passed out. he is now dead weight. >> he could break his legs. >> oh, no. no, no, no. >> oh, no. >> there was grass right next to him. why does he land on the rocks? >> i think that's hat the instructor was aiming for. that's softer than the hard ground. it does absorb a little bit of the impact. >> oh [ bleep ]. >> the guy does come to and

>> he's there enjoying the view, having a good time, this happens. >> the snow starts rushing out from under him taking him with the avalanche. >> so he's standing on the avalanche as it happens. >> yeah. fortunately this lasts only seconds and it doesn't take him under. he manages to stay above and survives. >> holy [ bleep ]. >> yeah. what else do you say? this is in vail colorado. two skiers, hunter and danny are on the slopes. the camera is on hunter. he finds a location so he can reset his camera and point it back uphill so he can record his friend danny coming downhill. watch what happens when he gets to about the middle of the screen. >> oh!

>> from the poster of this video it sounds like danny is probably okay. >> it's creepy to see the snow just crack, separate -- a smash and grab of a different kind was caught on a dash cam. this is all in san francisco, california. as this video picks up, you'll notice it's the dash cam of a taxi. this taxi is parked on the side of the road, the doors are locked. the cab drive ser not in the car at this moment. you'll see a man walk directly in front of the car. this guy here in the gray sweat shirt and the baseball cap. listen to what happens next. >> that's the sound of the suspect smashing in the passenger side of the window of this taxi cab. we also have a camera shot of the inside of the car the moment

that this happened. you see his hand reach in. he takes the bag out. this guy evidently wanted this bag. you see him walk away with the bag in his hand. >> already looking at the bag. >> doesn't even run, nothing. broad daylight. people on the sidewalk. >> the other creepy thing about this camera from the inside, we see the moment that the cab driver comes back and realizes his car is broken into. >> he sees the bag is gone, the window is broken and you hear him call it in. >> i parky car like five minutes. they break my window. >> this particular xi iver had his bag stolen just a couple months ago. so the only thing in this bag was paperwork and a blue tooth. >> police are still looking for this man. no one has been arrested for this smash and grab.

i've got a couple of videos here to show you that sometimes ice and animals do not mix. we go to lowell, massachusetts, where somebody with the fire department is out on the ice and he is rescuing a duck. >> does a duck really need to be rescued on the ice? >> according to the people who posted the video it had ice on its wings so it couldn't fly out. so this person had to work his way over to the duck. he couldn't just slide over the ice and walk over the ice in this rescue that he had. to work his way over there just to get the net and get the duck. >> one duck is okay and can get out on its own. this duck needs rescue. >> ah, honey. >> he's got him. yea. >> he gets it in the net, but then he begins the long trek back over the ice to get it back

to shore. >> p the poor duck is hurt and needs rescuing, but it seems like ducks would be the last thing on the planet that needs to be rescued. this deer was stuck in waltham, massachusetts. once again, you the fire department coming out on one of these watercrafts trying to rescue this deer stuck on the ice. >> looks like the same vessel they use. >> once they get there, they put a bag over his head. >> that's to calm hip down. >> it doesn't. this one was fight ening it. then it calms down and was taken to safety. four people lead police on a dangerous high-speed chase. >> they had to run through a red light at 85 miles per hour. >> see how it ended and find out what police found in the truck that led to even more charges.

don't blink, because i think i have one of the shortest police chases we've ever shown on this show. let's go to north charleston, south carolina. two crews flashed the blues at that truck and they take off. officers are after the pickup because it's believed to be connected to a counterfeit case. two cruisers after this thing. they hit 90 miles per hour in just 15 seconds. as you can see, busy street, lots of other cars weaving in and out of the lanes. the cruisers hit 100 miles per hour. the chase only lasted a mile and

a half. eventually the truck, you almost can't see it. it's way up in the distance. it goes to make a right-hand turn, and when it does, boom, crashes into the pole. the cruiser following was unable to stop fast enough. it crashes in the back. the driver gets out, starts running away. you see another truck from the left-hand side of your screen come dpliing in. that truck was not involved in the chase but maybe was just avoiding the wreck here and trying to get out of the way. you see an officer in pursuit of the driver. they're pulling people out of the truck. in all four people including the driver were arrested. they found $1,100 in cash in the vehicle. they're not sure if that money was phony or not but also 118 oxycodone pills. also men are facing drug charges. the driver faction additional charges because of how he acted on the road. good thing he only hit a post. cool cat shades.
