but -- >> it is a prom proposal. >> the elaborate work of art from a young romeo. >> i think i'd go to prom with this dude. this is a $50 million lawsuit on the table because of this video you're about to see. this is adam tatum at a halfway house in chattanooga, tennessee. this is surveillance video. you see him in an argument. police are called. two crane show up from the chattanooga police department. sean emer and adam cooly. the crane believe tatum has some sort of knife on him. >> put your hands around your back. >> you can see the crane come up from behind, put adam in a choke hold and drag him to the ground. they're saying that he's resisting. and fighting back against the officcranofficer

officers. now we're seeing other people in the halfway house watching this thing. they drag adam down, beating him with a night stick over and over again to the point where adam broke his leg. he had to spend two days in intensive care because of these injuries. eventually backup was called, and ten other officers arrived. eventually the scene moves to outside the halfway house. now we have a dozen officers at the scene trying to contain adam. what were you going to do with that knife? [ bleep ]. >> can you explain why they continued to beat him while in cuffs on the ground? >> he appeared just to be sitting there. >> i think that's the question and why there's a $50 million lawsuit on the table. >> they're trying to see if tatum's civil rights were violated.

the two officers will have a hearing in april to determine if they can get back on the force. the police chief in chattanooga is against that. he's trying to stop these guys from rejoining the force. >> i counted over 48 strikes. in my opinion, that's excessive. >> people in syria currently fear for their lives. they could be walking down the street and at any point something could happen. fear played part in this instance. you see a woman on the street. she seems to be injured. if you hear the sounds in the video, it sounds like the enemy could be just down the street. these men are franticly trying to figure out how to get this woman on their side of the street. they push this hook to try to pull her in to where they are. >> we've seen videos like this before from areas of conflict where people are injured or hurt really bad. they need to save them. they can't run out there because they're worried of their own safety.

>> because of fear they can't do as they please unless you are this woman. >> oh, my goodness. >> another woman courageously walks across the street, picks up this woman and drags her to the side of the street. they were trying to get her to. fortunately she was able to make it. they pull the injured woman into what appears to be an ambulance and take her away. the video is circulating because of how amazing this woman's actions were. >> obviously putting her own life at risk. >> talk about bravery. she took a major chance there. but did it very quickly. she was more concerned about this woman's life than her own. that's remarkable. two criminals that need to be caught by the long arm of the law. we start in orlando, florida. this is the jeff's puppies pet

this one woman gets in front of the camera, loses her helmet, people smashing her in the face. this gets out of control. the referees also female. this w the republic of kazakhstan won 9-1. maybe the blowout victory led to this melee. things calmed down. i don't know what happens now. do they shake hands after this? the game was over. >> you can't. after you beat somebody up, pound somebody's head into the ice, you can't shake somebody's hands, do you? it would be the right thing to do, but can they do it. >> of course. look at a man's fight, they knock the heck out of each other, good job, bro. >> right. time to go skydiving, parachu parachute, check. inflatable raft, check. >> some skydivers jump out of a

what you guys are looking at are people trying to escape from a floating restaurant. according to officials, only 100 people were supposed to be inside. but they say there were 150 people in there. caterpillar was having a party in baghdad, iraq.

this restaurant is on the tigris river. one guy on the boat said he was suspicious when he went in because they were only allowing people on one at a time. then he said the windows burst from the water pressure. what you're seeing are people climbing out and escaping. >> i'm amazed at how many people are headed towards the door and not going out the broken window. >> some bodies have been recovered, some are still missing, and more than two dozen people were injured. air bags in cars have been standard equipment for years. they saved millions of lives. now the heli company is making air bags for your body. look at this. >> kind of funny, i have to say. >> is kind of funny, but you saw how quickly that air bag

deflated. you might be thinking what would i need this for? they made it for people riding their horses, jockeys. if you fell off, it would automatically deploy, protecting your back, head, neck. they are applying the same technology to motorcyclists and iheir jackets and even with this is not desi is designed fo skiing on firm slopes. this system, instead of mechanically deploying has accelerators built in and can inflate when they feel a fall coming on. any time you're on top of something, driving something where you might fall. the ski system has hip pads to protect the hips, shoulders, back. they are reusable as well.

they showily deflate. put a new co2 system in and you're set. >> would be fun to have one on set for a day. inflatable rafts are not just for the river. you can do something else with an inflatable raft, like take it skydiving. ♪ we've seen a lot of sky dodivin videos on the show before, but not like this. a couple of sky divers jump out of the plane with a raft, two people on board the raft. >> even though you're falling at high speeds, sitting in a structure, i bet it makes you feel less scared. >> i bet you're right. you're part of a ride and the people around you are holding on to you. >> you can tell these people are not rookies ear.
