hi, everybody. i'm beth troutman. let's take a look at the day's best videos, "right this minute." a photographer records fire crews at a scene in miami, and they don't like it. >> turn around and walk away. >> now hear the story from the object of a captain's outrage. >> point blank, do you think he's out of line? >> i think he's big out of line. some tourists are lowered in a shark diving cage, when a shau shark decides -- >> you know what, i'm going to get inside. >> whoa! >> see what happened when the cage finally surfaced. three climbers are stuck with snow blowing --

>> 70 miles an hour. >> how they survived miserable conditions until they got unstuck. plus, a freaky mama monkey and a deer freaking out. >> and when the deer gets too close -- >> whoa, what? what the heck just happened? >> you see an air ambulance landing in a wide open grass field in the miami-dade area. that helicopter is on its way to pick up a stabbing victim from a nearby nursing home that was stabbed in the neck multiple times. and the man recording this entire scene is taylor hardy, a free lance photographer and videographer using his ipad and iphone to record the scene. the helicopter lands. people start to load the victim up. you see some people in the ambance waving at tear. then a paramedicpproaches him p. first the paramedic gives him

the cut sign. >> turn around and walk away. >> no. >> turn around and walk away. >> rescue 50. >> it appears to me that taylor is on a public street, but they get in his camera lens and force him to move back. taylor refuses. >> rescue 50, can i get police reference a combative bystander. >> the captain calls in police and the argument changes to this is a public safety issue. >> we need to provide safety for yourself. step back! >> taylor does eventually move back just a few feet behind a hedge. >> you want me to step back? okay. >> yes, please, step back. we need to keep you safe. >> i'm back. you happy now? >> we have taylor hardy joining us via skype "right this minute." taylor, why did you stand your ground so firmly? >> i felt i was far enough away.

>> why do you think they came at you aggressively. >> they didn't want anything recorded. i was there four minutes and then when they were moving to the chopper, that's when the issue started. the first guy was pretty cool, the captain was irate. >> did the police eventually show up? >> no. >> please step back. >> why? >> because i said so. >> who are you? >> as part of journalistic freedom you have a right to stand on a public street and shoot video. it is the same in miami as anywhere else. >> that is correct. >> do you think he's out of line? >> i think he's very out of line. i have several colleagues that said that the captain of the miami-dade fire department, my biggest concern was you come at me 100 feet away, there was a safety issue there. >> we called miami-dade fire department and they did tell us that captain greg smart is under investigation because of this video. >> step back. turn and back away.

you did not do it. >> you're right, i didn't do it. you're right. you know, when you go on your honeymoon, you want it to be wild, but you don't want it to be this wild. this is in south africa. >> whoa! >> my gosh! >> what you are looking at is two people in one of those diving shark cages and a great white shark decided, you know what, i'm going to get inside. look again. notice how its head is fully inserted into the cage. >> why do they build these cages with holes big enough for a great white to get into? >> the guy running this service has been doing it for 18 years. >> all roger had to do was duck. he ducked out of the way and the shark didn't eat him. >> but the fact that you have to duck and get out of the way while you're in the cage, you shouldn't have to do that in the cage. >> i'm with you on that.

>> this thing was full on trying to eat this guy. >> yes, it wanted a little lunch. look what's in the water. that's bait. it ignored that. >> it went straight for the real meat and bones. >> i would have been climbing through those bars on top of that cage screaming bloody murder. >> whoa! >> oh, my gosh. >> stand back, stand back, stand back. >> he gives the thumbs up. >> he could have kissed that thing if he wanted to. >> so the next time you're in south africa, watch out for the sharks. this video shows this spectacular footage from a rescue in north wales. this is a national park and this is the rescue team who were called to rescue a group of three climbers that were stuck. not only is ittin kr in krecred difficult to see what's ahead of

them, the winds according to them were 70 miles an hour. >> i'm surprised they didn't get blown awi. >> >> but if you look ahead, the rescue members were able to create a makeshift shelter. the climbers are inside here. now, because of the winds these guys had an early onset of hy r hypothermia so they needed to create a shelter to protect them from the wind and snow. >> shelter? that's like a bag. i mean -- i couldn't get out of there fast enough in this situation that. looks miserable. >> yes. they eventually were able to bring a helicopter. they were loaded up and taken to the hospital and they were okay afterwards. >> these guys are lucky. >> and that's exactly what the rescue team said about this rescue. they do recognize that it's really fun to hike during the winter months, but you have to be very careful, and that's

exactly why they released this video. lots of tornado video popping up on the internet from different parts of the world. this one from bangladesh. you can just see the contrast between this funnel cloud and the sky in the background, dark and light. you can see how dense this thing is. it's real tight. >> looks like a narrow tunnel. >> reports are saying this tornado killed at least 20 people and injured 100. >> tornado, tornado. it is! >> another big one that's been getting a lot of attention in a lot of video, down in australia you can see the funnel cloud forming off in the distance. >> [ bleep ] what was that? >> you can hear how surprised they are at the sound that's coming from the roof. >> i'd be looking for a basement. i'd be like you have basements here? >> kind of hope it doesn't land on us. >> the video that's been getting the most attention as of late, this one from australia.

two guys in the car capturing this thing. >> oh, stop, stop. >> [ bleep ] [ bleep ]. >> oh! >> and now it looks like they're racing this tornado. >> in reverse! >> [ bleep ]. >> the latest reports say at least 20 people were injured in this tornado. 7 news in australia talked to the guy who shot this video, daniel clark. >> it's unbelievable. i've never seen a demonstration of mother nature like that. >> other witnesses in the area saying it sounded like a bomb was going off. >> just wait. get going! two guys square off in one crazy karate match. >> these guys are going at each other, some hard hits, some hard kicks. >> let's see what happens when

one dude really kicks it into high gear. >> oh, wow! and little lucy got in a little trouble, but she's just kind of not happy how dad handled the situation. >> that was the mean way. >> see if daddy can get back on her good side.

if there were ever a time you could describe violence as beautiful, i think this is it. at a karate match, the guys square up, very karate kid looking here. it's not an exhibition. these guys are going at each other, some hard hits, some hard kicks, but then they back up and size each other up. watch what's coming. >> did you see that? >> oh, wow! did he knock the guy out? >> oh, heck yeah. he delivers a sloping pill to the back of this kid's head. but he does it in such a flare, it's like a pele-style soccer kill move.

little bit. >> the baby looks like david bowie. >> that white hair is almost like a blanket that goes around the baby. >> that's apparently why the babies are bone all white because it camouflages with the arm hair. >> learning something every day about animals. i have another video, which is pretty hilarious. it was a camera that was set up on a tri-pod to capture activity, and we see immediately two possoms at the bottom and a deer that's very curious about what the smelly stuff is up ahead. but i think the darkness of the night doesn't allow him to see what's actually right in front of his nose. when he goes exploring, when the deer gets too close -- >> whoa! >> what the heck just happened? >> it was so dark it couldn't tell they were right in front of each other and square the crap out of each other. they both jumped like 30 feet in the air. >> oh, my gosh. that deer was like wahh!

a section of interstate 77 in west virginia was closed for a very good reason. check this video out from the department of transportation there. >> rock slide. >> a definite rock slide on the side of the road. you see those rocks coming down. but it ain't over yet. watch. >> you're going to end up getting some trees coming down too, right? >> look at all that earth come down and cover up that section of the road. now, i had the roadway was closed. this was a controlled rock slide. engineers thought that this might happen so they closed the road down and set this rock slide in motion. but they wanted it all to work itself out so they could then go in and shore things up. >> good thing they caught it and it didn't get in the way of motorists. >> it did close down the road quite a while, while they had to clear this out. >> better this than on people's cars on the highway. >> do you think there's a "watch for falling rocks" seen on this

road? >> if there's not one yet, i guarantee there will be. pizza parties are fun no matter what age you are. that is a fact. these guys here throwing a pizza party, but they are throwing the party for someone who rarely gets to participate in pizza parties, the pizza man. yes. they're ordering from domino's, and here they are setting up, decorating. they're making a crown for the pizza man. they're all speaking in hebrow. -- hebrew. i can't exactly tell you what they're saying. they turn the lights out, the pizza man shows up. he comes in and they immediately put the crown on him. there's balloons everywhere. everybody is cheering for him. they have got a card for him. it looks like they also have something with some candles in
