hi, everybody, i am beth troutman. it is time for awesome videos "right this minute." >> a driver travels a wide open road. no other cars around. watch what happens. the head-on that's a head scratcher. >> it is a showdown at a convenience store and one guy's really packing heat. >> 1847. >> see what's in the way when the bullets fly. >> can a guy eat dinner without somebody taking a picture. >> i don't know what he thought he was going to happen. he is a wart hog. >> he is also a camera hog.

>> why would a guy do this? >> no motive. >> see one dangerous game of break the ice. >> oh, did you see how it split right between his legs. >> traveling down a road, probably the widest road i have ever seen on a dash cam. no other cars around. watch what happens. pretty serious crash here. you see people in this car get shoved forward. the windshield goes out. their heads clearly hit that windshield. you can see it on that windshield where they hit. >> and that thing just flew off. >> yeah. >> why? why does this happen? if you go back and watch like there is no ice on the road, no snow on the road, no other cars on the road. why did they just go right into each other? it is fate happening before our eyes. this accident was meant to hapen. look h i love these two people are. because of this incident they're going to go get married.

>> looks like the guy in the red and black jacket came from that car. the dude upset at what happened. gifds a what the heck just happened to the other driver because in my opinion it is the driver with the dash cam fault. >> when he opened up the hatch back, i thought he was going to read for the old russian bat and go after the guy. >> yeah. no other victims other than lack of knowledge on how to drive. police in atlanta are saying that this video shows how dangerous the streets of atlanta can be. it is surveillance video outside a convenience store in atlanta. you see this black suv backing up into that parking space. >> yeah. i don't know. something seems fishy about backing into a spot at a convenience store. >> yeah. >> if you're going to a convenience store, are you in and out. i don't know what the issue is

with backing into the store. >> there is something weird there. >> may be over speculating what actually happened. there is a group of men just standing right outside the door of the convenience store. before you know it one of the men opens the trunk of that red camaro parked there and i don't know if you can tell what he pulls out of the trunk. >> a machine gun? >> he pulls out an ak-47. he just walks to the front of the red car while everyone else is just sort of walking around. notice this man with the cameo looking shorts. he is holding a handgun. >> a lot of firepower for the front of a convenience store. >> and then you see one of the men approach the suv and that's when the driver of the suv takes off. the suv for some reason stops and before you know it, shots are being fired toward the suv. here you see three of the men running into the store while shooting toward the suv and the

man with the ak-47 is shoot ago way as well. >> you can see the bullet strikes on the pavement and the back of the car sdwr he was shut in the box but he did survive the injuries and is cooperating with police. >> but police are still looking for all of these people. that's why they released the video hoping someone would recognize someone. i have a few military muscle videos for you guys. the latest in technology with the u.s. military. check this f-35 lightning two vertical demonstration. remember the osprey airplanes and the jets that can take off straight up and down. this is similar t takes off very quickly on a short runway. doesn't take off vertically. you see it being demonstrated. >> you seat the thruster angle down in the back and allows it to hop right up. the f-35 can also hover, too.

this is a fighter jet, the type of jet that will replace a whole bunch of airplanes in our arsenal. check it out. just hanging out like a helicopter would mid-air and then slowly descends and lands straight down. very agile, very quick. >> and i think it lessens the room for error. you don't have toj flying in and make sure you hit the runway. you just hover above it. >> lasers are for more than just playing with your cat. the navy is employing the lws system. this is installed temporarily. basically they shot down that plane with lasers. no bullets. you see the plane flying along and it starts to catch fire and burst into flames and nose daves out of mid-air, crashes into the ground. this system combines six high energy beams of light into one

powerful weapon stream. the system locks onto the target and stay there is so it can burn a hole into its target. down it goes. that, my friends, is pretty future technology right there. >> the stay started out pretty humorous for charles and allie of the internet tv channel. >> oh, my god. was that a double farther? high five. good freaking morning. >> charles and ali are no strangers to "right this minute." they document their lives every day. last year we learned that charles had a brain tumor. it was did benign. what started off as a funny day turned pretty serious pretty quickly. >> interesting morning. i don't mean to alarm any of you guys. this is charles in front of us in an ambulance.

he had a seizure. he had two seizures today and we're taking him to the hospital now. >> charles suffered two seizures, so now they're taking him to the emergency room where charles has his typical wit about a serious situation. >> what did you do this time, dummy. >> we meet again in a hospital. i was like what do you think it could be, do you think it is growing back. no, what we'll do, we'll zap it and he is like it won't kill you. >> they gave him a cat scan and said everything was clear put they said it is not unusual for somebody to have a seizure after having brain surgery. >> do you think that sometimes if there is scar tissue and since you apparently lowered your seizure threshold because you weren't taking care of yourself there could have been irritation that caused the seizure. >> what's interesting about them documenting their lives like a tv show you have the coming up next week and you would know to watch. this happens right in front of your eyes. you can't stop watching because you never know when you may miss

ambulance company is responds to an accident. you can see there is a passenger car still in the lane on the side of the road, three lane there is, and you can see a car where they're responding to a medical emergency and then you see an officer's car pull up behind all of the action and in front of the ambulance where this dash cam is running. notice what happens less than a minute later after the paramedics get out of the car and walk over to help treat the patient. >> oh! >> according to police they say this woman was talking on the phone, hit her brakes because you could hear the sound of the brakes before you saw the car enter the video. hit into the back of this police car. the ambulance wasn't hit. none of the crew or patient they were treating or anybody on the groundworkers helping were hurt but have you to be careful. the lights are flashing and she should have been able to see that. >> good thing she hit the brakes. just the feeling alone was enough to alert them something

how do you surprise your mom after you have been stationed in south korea for a year. >> any surprise is a good surprise. >> you show up unexpected. mad mike 190 decided he will tell his mom he was coming to the states but only for a two day concert and then he had to go back to south korea.

instead he comes home to florida and hid at the neighbor's house where dad was running the video camera. the song is so here we are. the neighbor calls the mom and like, hey, come over and look at the things i bought for the house. i want to get your idea what you think of them. mom shows up. she is like look at the vase and the two pedestals and mom is like, okay. >> nancy is always showing me her new knickknacks. >> yeah, and then she hears and in the kitchen. >> go see. >> hey, what's up? >> that's great. good surprise. >> you know this goes to show no matter what you do mom always wants to see you. some people have said if you aren't part of the solution, are you part of the problem, and this girl allison decided to take action against bullying and she founded this in her high

school. >> it is a social media movement to end bullying. it turned into a movement in the school. the main goal of we stop hate club is to give students a safe environment and provide them comforting place they're free to be themselves. >> basically what they do in the we stop hate club is they send out compliment grams to other kids in the school. for 50 cents during lunchtime you can send someone that you really like a compliment about what they're wearing, about their hair, about how smart they are, anything that is going to help improve their mood and put a smile on their face. >> we need to break free from all of the negativity that surrounds us. >> the cool part about this, those compliment grams also come with kisses. the chocolate kisses and nevertheless. >> these students are sending compliments because they maybe don't get compliments all the time. >> people are starting to spread more cheerfulness.
