year. he was arrested. police say he was already in state custody and he was in federal custody. both on unrelated charges. authorities are filing murder charges against all three men in connection with the shooting death. he was in a car when he was killed on august 13. authorities say his death is believed to have been gang related. police have found a car used by the gunman during last week's shooting of a south bay paramedic. he was shot in the head at a stop sign in the oakland hills. he died two days later. investigators found the car in east oakland near a school a day after the shooting. new details about the investigation into aistist in oakland -- into a officer

involved shooting in oakland. the shooting was justified but they have learned the da assigned a former police officer taconduct the investigation. the -- to conduct the investigation. the father said i hope they would have looked for an impartial person. a man who was the subject of a man hunt last friday. officials identify him as dimitri storm. here are two photos of the man. deputies say this is video of dimitri storm from last month. investigators say he did steal a car last friday and after being pulled over slammed a car door on a deputy's arm. they used a taser on him twice but he still escaped.

ktvu's amber lee is live to tell us how it will change the landscape. >> reporter: the project is called brooklyn basin. it will transform the water front here with a development designed to attract thousands to this area. >> reporter: the 65-acre project will replace many of the structures you see here. in its place will be 3100 residential units, 200,000 retail of commercial space and a marina. mayor jean quan was helping to secure a investment group. this private investment is what we needed and we hope it will kick start the other developments. >> reporter: supporters say it will create 10,000 jobs and 30 acres of park space but some say it will bring too many
