this car for several blocks. i would think that's incredibly dangerous given how populated this area is. does that not seem reckless? >> it does seem reckless. part of the investigation that came from this video is to determine whether officers used enough safety precautions to prevent injuring other civilians in this slum. so the chase ended up lasting about nine blocks, and eventually you do see that car stop, and it's hard to see from the video, but you see someone get into another car. according to some reports, they found the body of the drug dealer later in a different car. >> was anyone else injured? >> at this point there is no word if other suspects were injured from this gunfight. i have to say this is not proper mountain etiquette on the pitsal glacier in austria.

happen on a ski slope. it's one of the risks you take when you put those skis on your feet. several weeks ago i brought you guys this video, an incident that turned violent involving police in omaha, nebraska, and a man apparently having vehicles towed outside his home. you see octavius johnson being taken down by an officer, if you remember a lot of officers were involved in the incident. i have an update for you. they always say it's not the crime but the cover-up that gets you. apparently that's what happened in this case. officer brad canterbury is the one taking down octavius johnson. he lost his job, but officer james consella and sergeant aaron vanbarron both have been criminally charged because they tried to cover up evidence in this incident. in the video octavius johnson's brother was on the other side of the street.
1:07 pm
it clearly looked as if he had a cell phone. you see his hand there. now, allegedly officer james consella followed that brother inside the home and took the memory card from his phone and disposed of it. then tried to cover up those actions. also according to reports, sergeant aaron vonbarron knew about this behavior and didn't do anything about it. officer consella has been charged with felony tampering with evidence. sergeant vonbarron has been charged with misdemeanor accessory to a felon and obstructing government operation. it's not necessarily the violent ability that got somebody in trouble, it was the coverup. >> if i happening to shoot out his window and capture this, none of this would have come to light. a running of bulls turns into a big blunder.
