tonight in the search for that missing malaysian jet. good evening everyone. >> i am john boehner. a malaysia official tell the associated press they believe that one or more people with flying experience switched off with communication devices and steering the plane off course. investigators have been using

information from satellites to track where they believed the plane went after it turned off course one week ago. that information seems to suggest that the jet crashed into the indian ocean. >> some of the things that happened here would suggest that either the pilots were comply sit or somehow they got in the cockpit. >> flight 370 took off from call kuala lumpur. it is not confirmed by malaysian officials. investigators entered a home in castro valley where a woman's body is found, police are treating it as a homicide. that's not far from the medical center. robert honda is on the scene now with the investigation that's under way at this hour. robert.

>> reporter: there has been a lot of activities in and around this house within the past 45 minu investigators got a search warrant. a crime lab had been set up around 8:00 tonight. this is where deputies responded to a 911 call this afternoon and found a body of an difficult female. the asian family that lives here is a mother and father and two daughters. in fact, they have not said the exact whereabouts or status of the family members. the father were supposed to pick up the youngest daughter from school and return home and we understand that did not happen. the oldest daughter was seen at the house speaking with investigators, it is certainly the talk of the neighborhood. >> i heard there is some type of argument that occurred url in the morning and then the daughter came after school and found the mom. >> i am shocked and scared at the same time. how could this happen to our neighbor.

a pepper spray student yesterday. officers say they opened fire on 50-year-old jeffrey when he tried to backed on them last saturday. one of the officers are wounded but it is not clear who shot him or his partner. >> and mr. juan is being blamed for this. i think the evidence will show that he did not assault anyone or shoot anyone. >> today's arraignment was delayed. police have not given him all the evidence. he's due back in court tuesday. two men suspected of manufacturing more than 600 explosives in the san francisco's courtroom today. pleaded not guilty to charges. gunther also faces drug
