assaulted a girl after luring her. last friday at 3:15 in the afternoon police say after the assault the girl returned to the school to alert an assault. crimestoppers is offering a $7,500 reward. they have a vague description of the man described as latino 20-25, around 5'6". he was wearing a blue and black jacket and black shorts. he did not enter a plea in federal court, but he is expected to plead not guilty to 7 felony counts including trafficking and weapons. the senator didn't speak to reporters, but his attorney spoke. for the first time he talked

pleasant hills. a shooting and a crash led to the lock down of an eliminatary school. the shooting was at 1:30 on interstate 780 near robert elementary school. the driver wasn't hurt. police think the gunman crashed his car and ran off. the swat team couldn't find him and the lock down was lifted. a san francisco firefighter was indicted on drunk driving charges. a camera captured the incident. he was skidding across the road slamming into a pole. he has had 3 charges and free

on $100,000 bail. apple and samsung battle has begun. apple is accusing samsung on infringing on siri's voice and other apple products. they have used their patents, samsung is appealing. pilot admitted he should have aborted the flight at the landing at sfo. they failed to monitor speed at the decent and the failure to maintain speed was the probable cause of the crash. asiana blamed boeing. boeing denies that. the crash killed 3 passengers and injured 200 others.

parents are on alert after a 17-year-old high school student was groped by a man walking to school. she was on a public trail near prospect high school. what happened and the recording the school sent out. >> reporter: it is a public trail. this was the path a 17-year-old took when police say a man jumped out of the bushes, grabbed her and took off. >> often times, unfortunately, opportunistic people will go where adults do not. >> reporter: the school district told parents to be on

back to storm watch and the accumulating snow. this is near donner summit. rosemary joins us. what are you seeing now. >> reporter: we have lower snow levels. 3500 feet, tomorrow 3000 feet. snow showers winding down. they will not stop completely. we have wet weather tomorrow. 3900 feet you can see there is a rain snow mix. down to 2500 feet there is a winter weather advisory for areas in the foothills. if we shift the west slow has a storm warning. over the next 12-24 hours a winter weather advisory. low snow levels continuing as we get through tuesday.
