the new property owner will build a private home. new confirmed cases of a zika viruses in the u.s. and supreme court decides to weigh in on immigration. those are some of the headlines on the morning newsstand. "the washington post" reporters supreme court will rule on president obama's deportation policy. in 2014 he issued executive actions protecting millions of illegal immigrants such as parents of children born in the u.s. the court will rule this summer if mr. obama exceeded his authority when he bypassed congress. schools will close today due to another district wide sickout. teachers want to call attention to deteriorating buildings and frozen wages and overcrowded classrooms. rallies are expected across the city today. zika virus can cause birth defects.

the country. a dash cam captured a horrific crash in brazil. the pickup truck flipped seral times across the road and sent a passenger somersaulting 65 feet in the air. the passenger somehow survived. doctors in pennsylvania resurvived a 26-year-old man who had frozen solid. justin smith fell unconscious while walking home in subzero temperatures nearly a year ago when his father found him 12 hours later, he wasn't breathing and he had no pulse. he was in a coma before regaining full consciousness months later. yesterday, smith returned to the hospital to thank the staff. jamie foxx helped pull a man from a burning truck but he says he's not a hero. brittany hopper from our los angeles station kcbs reports. >> reporter: an emotional father
