a bullet-proof vest with an assault rifle. the suspect was killed. the police commissioner says the wounded were rescued by fellow officers. >> the officers with our wounded officers were able to quickly administer first aid, apply a tourniquet. one officer had his hand in one of the wound. >> police locked down the east boston neighborhood during the shoot-out, but later lifted the order. a bla m by charlotte police officers was wounded in the back, the abdomen and wrist, according to a private autopsy. keith scott was killed september 20th. the shooting set off two nights of unrest. police say scott had a gun. his wife told gayle king of "cbs this morning," that's not true. the county medical examiner has not released its autopsy results. scott's funeral is scheduled for

widow believes race played in his killing. gayle's conversation continues ahead on "cbs this morning." well, the ceo of wells fargo is out in the scandal over sales practices. john stumpf won't receive any severance pay and will forfeit $41 million in stock options. federal regulators allege wells fargo employees met sales target by opening bank and credit card accounts without customer authorization. the bank was the crash of a small plane in connecticut. the crash appears to have been a suicide. a student pilot and his instructor crashed a short distance from an airport in hartford tuesday afternoon just outside of the headquarters of a military jet engine manufacturer. sources say the student's pilot fought the instructor for control. the student was killed. the instructor survived. an american airlines jet was

((kirsten joyce)) >> metro says a suspect was shot and killed after an overnight police chase across the valley. here's a look at a map showing where everything began and ended .. investigators tell us the si downtown area near fairfield and saint louis. .. and finally ended several miles away on the 215 between durango and hualapai. ((brian loftus)) >> metro says this all began when officers tried to stop someone driving a vehicle, they believe may have been involved in a series of robberies... but the driver took off. according to investigators, were forced to open fire when the pursuit finally ended on the freeway. the suspect died at the scene .. police did find a gun. no officers were injured during
