issues to be addressed. those include access to banking... workplace regulations... and d-u-i laws. president obama has directed federal agencies to take a more relaxed stance on marijuana... but... ford is concerned that could change under the donald trump administration. ford says he is hopeful nevada attorney general adam laxalt will stand up for the marijuana program on the basis of states' rights. ((st. sen. aaron ford/(d) majority leader: "we have an attorney general who has sued president obama on several occasions about 'federal overreach,' i would hope that he would likewise sue the federal government if mr. sessions comes in and tells nevada what it should do after iti recreational marijuana."))
