zova for ios is an app with a huge library of at-home workout videos. the workouts are anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes and target all muscle groups. the best part is that the workouts only require an area the size of a yoga mat. nike training club is one of my long-time favorites, since you can follow along with just audio cues. so, pick your workout based on your fitness headphones and go. if you stumble upon an exercise you don't know, pause and watch a video of how it's done. nike training club is available on ios and android.finally, if you want to be more choosy about what areas of the targeting, try instant fitness. the paid app for ios and android let's you pick an area --like the abs, arms, or back -- and focus on just that. in san francisco, i'm sharon profis, cnet dot com for cbs news. 3 3 up next in your healthwatch... major blood centers say people should *not* donate if they've traveled to mexico... the caribbean... or south or central america in the last 28 days. we'll show you how the zika virus is putting a

nearly all the reported cases are imported from travelers. that's why the major blood banks say people should not donate blood if they've traveled in the last 28 days to mexico, the caribbean, south or central america. headed somewhere a little more rainy. here's your c - net tech update. 3 it's facebook friends day, which is a time to ask ourselves, are any of these people really our friends? i'm bridget carey. this is your cnet update. ***""if you've logged into facebook recently then i'm sure you've seen a bunch of videos in your timeline about friends day, a made up holiday by facebook to mark its 12th anniversary. facebook auto generates a video montage of random photos of people who are your friends, because nothing says friends day like seeing a photo of someone who you don't talk to anymore. but with this gimmick facebook also published a report about our friends. the network looked at the 1.59 billion people active on facebook, and says we're all connected to everyone by three and a half other people -- not six people, as what scholars have long proposed. facebook is just doing this to troll poor kevin bacon, and i for one won't stand for it. also i'm not sure how you can have just half a friend be a connection, but based on what i'm seeing in my feed, i know plenty of people who are half-wits, so i'm sure that's the key. but in the end, friends on facebook really don't mean anything. a study by oxford univeristy published a few weeks ago shows that even if you have a huge social circle with hundreds of facebook friends, you can only really count on three of them,
