constitutional right to do it. i find it grotesque. >> we'll let somebody else sort out what sean penn did and didn't do. el chapo's where he should be. >> since the drug lord has also proven that he can break out of mexico's most secure prisons, both countries agree america's lockups may be a better bet. however, his lawyers will fight to keep him in mexico. el chapo's search for the limelight may have led to his downfall. now prosecutors on both sides of the border looking closely at that interview. here's abc's senior justice correspondent, pierre thomas. >> reporter: sean penn's meeting may have helped authorities in mexico narrow down el chapo's location. and perhaps equally important is that sean penn's interview in which el chapo allegedly admits that he shipped that you will cocaine and heroin and marijuana worldwide. that's precisely the case that u.s. prosecutors have laid out against him. mexican officials have suggested that they're investigating the sean penn interview. so far, u.s. officials have not commented officially, and none
