breaking news in adams county. a school board has been arrested for allegedly trying to lure a child for sex. after an internet investigation robert barr shot was arrested for attempted sexual assault and internet luring of a child. no children from that district were involved . >> this man darshan kelly was taste by police for no reason. >> he for failing to obey orders but those charges were dropped and the officer is being investigated . >> the aclu says the officer violated darshan's constitutional right and the chief of police once an internal review board to look at this incident and determine whether the officer used excessive force. >> and a robber -- and aurora

escalates . >> after repeatedly asking why he is being detained 23-year- old darshan kelly is tased. >> the video captured and aurora officer using excessive force by police . >> these guys have not done anything wrong. they were walking down the sidewalk. aclu's legal director mark silverstein says he was walking on the sidewalk and stopped the two and detained them . >> on what basis is somebody being stopped and subtly being given quarter by police. darshan was asking why he was being stopped. >> officers said darshan was not complying with orders and did not put his hands behind his head. >> the officer must have thought that that was the appropriate level of force.

we have beautiful weather across colorado. we cool things down thanks to a cold front. last night at this time we had temperatures at 90 degrees. at this point 60s and 70s. beautiful in the mountains and across the metro area. view client -- high clouds -- look at our 24 hour temperature change cold front dropping temperatures around 23 degrees in fort collins, 25 cooler in greeley it has made a huge difference but it has also brought the wind into our area 25 mile an hour wind to gusts. pretty breezy across the state and this will continue throughout tonight even through pueblo 33 mile an hour wind right now. temperatures not bad 62 at dia and 62 in littleton and the lows for tonight will be in the 40s. this is cooler than what we have experienced for the last few months. 3
