action packed body cam footage from taiwan. you can see this officer riding on a bike or scooter, pursuing that car just up ahead. this driver gets himself boxed in, drives into this alleyway. >> looks like he's got himself trapped, but goes into reverse, tries to escape. and over again, get out of the car, get out of the car. person inside is not responding to orders and that's when they start firing warning shots get him out of the car. it does not work. in the end, eight more shots were fired at the vehicle. one of these shots hit the driver in the shoulder. officers approach the vehicle and physically drag the guy out

they found 15 grams of heroin. all because the guy looked suspicious and he took off. during the pursuit, four police bikes, six other civilian bikes and six cars were damaged in this chase. the driver, like i said, was hit in the shoulder and has now been detained for possession and use of narcotics and evading justice. we head over to london for the next video. see that? that was one of 21 cell phones that these guys snatched during this. now you can see this moe ped trying to escape has gotten into the center of the market. eventually he ditches his scooter. others start giving chase. he doesn't make it far. they were right there thanks to the help of the helicopter. >> this happened in september.
