of the other men. they drove up to the mountains, and then down to wheat ridge where she escaped and ran to gears house. this is not the first time garcia chavez has had a run-in with this woman. on july 10, a neighbor on the 600 block of south equipment came out and saw a man yelling at a woman. he says the man pointed a gun at him and yelled do you have a problem. >> reporter: that man stopped and back happen. a woman told police her ex- boyfriend put a gun to her head and said watch and use the b word. she was afraid for her life. the suspect is being held on $100,000 bond. a man accused of shooting and killing a man inside a home in pueblo is now on the run. police are looking for lauren pratt of age. the shooting happened at 4 am this morning. he was seen running from the house on alexander circle. he was wearing a black baseball cap, a black jacket and white

his arrest.> do reported shoplifting at a cold department school -- store. police found the suspects on north elizabeth street. they tried to block the vehicle. the suspect tried to run over and officer. he was taken to the hospital. no word on his condition. no officers were hurt. a man accused in a deadly hit-and-run is caught in cuffed after being found naked in pond. denver police say 23-year-old tyler white was involved in a three-car crash last night at colorado boulevard and i-70. he took off running after the accident. he was later found with no clothes on. he now faces vehicular homicide charges and driving under the influence. we are learning more about a suspect in a domestic violence case that left a woman dead in glenwood springs last friday. gustavo olivo-tellez faces

the family of a colorado man who shot and killed by a rocky ford cop now wants the city to pay. john cox says his family is suing the former police chief the city and the former cop.>> the first cop of convicted?he will be sentenced later the family's attorney tonight. he tells you the family wants to affect positive change.>> reporter: that starts with recognizing major failures for the city of rocky ford. rocky ford police hired james ashby in 2014 despite his history of excessive force complaints. so many, his former employer, would not rehire him. that lawsuit alleges the city failed to properly screen and train him.
