and each gave descriptions that were similar. each said the suspect had an accomplice waiting in a get away car. >> police are closer to ending a series of attacks that plagued an apartment complex in walnut creek. they think he is connected to an attack and in the assault, the victim said she fought off the attack wher he tried to push her into an apartment. she is one of several sheriff deputies arrested. 51-year-old william yoakum raped a woman at the same complex last month. deputies say he lived at the complex and a third suspect was arrested in august in connection with three other attacks at the complex. the commute will be easier over the san mateo bridge. cal trance wrapped up repairs on a right beam. the westbound lane will be open

>> maybe damp roadways. in concord and livermore. some showers around the east bay hills and most of the moisture into southern california as this area of low pressure parks itself to the south over the next couple of days. we have the left over clouds and moisture this morning that will take time to clear out. some places will stay mostly cloudy through the day. looking at highs in the 60s. the warmest places in the trivalley close to 70. 68 in san ramon and 68 for orinda. the seven-day forecast will clear things out and warm up through about mid-week. keep the umbrellas on stand by. more rain into the bay area

premium traffic was down 11% in august. air tran is getting rid of first class when they merge with southwest because they never had first or even business class. united is working since 2007 reducing and improving business class seats and adding more in coach. there is speculation that united could dump first class when they only have business and coach seats. those first class passengersville to be like the rest of us. back to scott. >> the bank said they plan to hire 1,000 small business bankers that address the needs of small businesses with various products and services. the hires will be made at branches across the countries. the murder trial of washington intern chandra levy is scheduled to start today, more than nine years after she was killed. jury selection in the case
