on november 15th. a judge has to decide if they should stand trial on sexual assault charges. six of the suspects could be sentenced to in prison. defense attorneys say the girl was not assaulted. palo alto police are putting out a warning after a man tried to sexually assault a young woman. it happened at about 12 time tile 30 near el camino real. she was walking to meet her mother after 20ing the night at a friend's. a man pushed her to the ground from behind and tried to remove or clothes and she got away. the suspect is a white male in his 20s. just over 6 feet tall and 175 pounds with short dark hair and a goatee. >> people are trying to pull off a high priced robbery in walnut creek. three men stormed a store in the broadway shopping center on saturday. they ran out with $9,000 of

purses and wallets and shoved an employee on the way out the door. a female get away driver helped them flee. they used a description of the car to arrest all four people and recover the stolen items. >> plans to build dozens of homes in danville have many upset. 85 homes to be built southeast. neighbors are concerned about the increased traffic from the new homes and the additional burden that more students might put on the schools. a meeting will be held at 7:30 tomorrow night at the town meeting hall on front street. the developer is going to take input on what should be included in the environmental impact report through december 16th. >> today is expected to be the largest cyber monday in history. one survey said in five shoppers plans to take advantage of online sales. if you jump online today, you can find places offering free shipping with big price cuts. cyber monday is the traditional
