life one day. what's it going to take? >> yeah. this was the probation violation from her dui. >> she can't recall which dui. we cannot remember. >> and the shoplifting was another thing. at the end of the day, she hasn't been in prison for that long for the number of laws she's been charged with breaking. >> here is the thing. somebody says they haven't been -- there are the various mug shots. >> oh, my gosh. >> if she was out on the road, let's say, and hadn't learned her lessons and started taking drugs again or getting drunk, somebody could be killed. there is potential until she gets help for other people to be hurt. >> you're right. last time she was in jail for 90 days. she was sentenced 90, served 14. now she is sentenced to 30 and served 4 1/2 hours. >> here is the thing that bothers me. she had 14-19 therapy sessions. blew them off. blew off 12-20 shifts at a woman's shelter.

she is saying to the system, thanks anyway, in another way. that sends a bad message to other young people. >> i agree. it does. >> honestly, you guys, we are not making fun of her at all because it's not funny at all. i feel for this young would. i think this is going to end badly. everybody is going to come out of the woodwork and say nobody helped her. time to help her is now. >> you're right. >> like all the people are saying about michael jackson. we are about to get a verdict in that. where was somebody that was so concerned about him at the time. >> that's a good point. >> where are you? you have an opportunity to help her, you are obligated to do something. >> now we have another page, another chapter in the book of the justin bieber paternity accusation. >> my head is going to explode. >> justin bieber has agreed to take the paternity test. now he says if he is not the

in the 30s and 40s. we'll watch this storm by mid week push into the great lakes. showers will come to an end in minneapolis. we'll have the cool air but see sunshine on wednesday. highs still into the 30s and 40s where you see the blue 60s and 70s inle yellow and orange. that's where we going to see warmer temperatures. thursday pretty quiet with the exception of southern oregon into ports of northern california and the entire eastern sea board, you'll see that green there. much quieter by the time we see friday. we will see next system move in to california, though. that's where we see a little activity. then on saturday the next system starting to move into the west, not looking too bad at all in the northeast, maybe a fewer showers in extreme northern new england. that storm really moving in in earnest on sunday. still a chance for some rain in chicago, down into louisiana.
