the mid 1990s, leading to the fire of the school's president and, of course, the head coach, joe paterno. at the helm of the investigation, a veteran lawman, louie freeh. while the penn state campus is emptied out ahead of the thanksgiving holiday, it's filled with new serious questions about its board of trustees. while the board itself will be under scrutiny, the trustees have former fbi director louie freeh to head their independent investigation. he said his inquiry will go as far back as 1975. nearly two decades earlier than the grand jury report issued this month. >> if our investigation identifies any additional victims of sexual crimes against or exploitation of children, we will immediately report this to law enforcement authorities. >> reporter: board member kenneth frazier said freeh will be empowered to follow the investigation wherever it leads.

we struck raw nerves with our recent stand for public pension reform. michael's public mention end all public pensions now completely. let them live like the ones they paying. most viewers want to change the system, not end it. andrew, raising the retirement age to 67 is absolutely imperative. jack, only half of california's government workers pay into social security. make it 100%. mike, there should be a pension cap and no they should not be allowed sick day pay. mark retorts they should be allowed to bank their sick leave and vacations, they should not be allowed to double dip. frank says my biggest problem with pensions is the word guaranteed suggesting they be adjusted annually. and another mark says pension reform should go after the fat cats not the lowly worker.
