we're back and here with ben davis. you might remember him as one of our joy fit club inductees. back in 2010. >> two years later not only has ben kept off all that weight, but he has written an inspiring new book about his journey called "do life." well, hello. >> welcome back. >> you kept the weight off. >> well, this year i put on about 20 or 30 pounds. it's the idea that you always keep trying. it's not about weight loss exactly for me. it's more about finding that happiness that i was -- i was looking for when i first started. that's what we're doing. >> the positive thinking thing is so important. i think a lot of people -- once they fall off the rails a little
