welcome back, everyone. live from st. peter's basilica. lots of activity expected there as the cardinals will conclave to elect a new pope. it will be interesting to see what will happen. it is 4:43 right now. new report out this morning paints a troubling picture of america's schools. the center for green schools says it will cost more than a half a trillion dollars to get elementary and secondary schools up to date over the next decade just to get them back to their original conditions would cost $271 billion. former president, bill clinton, and the green schools group, is urging the government accountability office to assess what it would take to start that work on schools. >> house republicans planning to release a blueprint attempting to show it is possible to balance a budget within ten
