side. that should clear up. perhaps some crews are arriving on the scene. everything sounded like it was off to the shoulder for the next 20 minutes. you see the yellow. not fog but wind registering. i will check with christina. we will get some specifics. new this morning, a vile leapt and chaotic scene in vallejo sends four people to the hospital suffering gunshot wounds. a hail of gunfire erupting around 10:00 last night, near minidri mini drive and echo summit road. they found two people shot near the wreckage. the cars riddled with bullet holes. two others were also hit. they tried to run away but collapsed about a block away. all four people are expected to be okay. as of now, no motive reported for the gun fire. >> i don't believe this was your typical random shooting but,

again, we are not sure exactly who is involved in it. as many as 25 shots were fired from different handguns and rifles. >> 4:33. a middle school in con toward is under investigation for allegedly hitting a student during class. this is video attained by clayford.com. the superintendent says it is a personnel issue and he cannot share specific details. however, in a statement, he told us the teacher is on administrative leave as we investigate the matter and take all necessary steps to ensure our students have a safe and productive learning environment. no word if police are part of the investigation. the incident happened just before spring break. the parents of a toddler allegedly tied up with tape at a police saintton school are suing

the preschool. they say her hands and feet were tied up after she refused to take a nap. the incident has caused the 2-year-old to have panic attacks, they say, and can't sleep for more than a few hours at a time. time for students at an east bay high school will be tested for tuberculosis. a student was diagnosed with the illness and has since recovered and is back at school. about 200 students had contact with the infected student and could have been exposed to t.b. it is the first case on a contra costa school campus in four years. >> east palo alto police searching for a drive-by shooter that shot somebody walking down the street. a 29-year-old man was shot in the head just before 8:00 last night. he was walking along azalea

drive when investigators say a dark-colored vehicle pulled up and somebody fired shots from a handgun. the man is currently in stable condition. so far, no motive for this shooting. this morning, san leandro police asking for your help catching suspects want ford a series of robberies. police released this video hoping someone might be able to identify the two gunmen. they believe the suspects are responsible for seven robberies since january. this is video of a robbery of a grocery outlet. one suspect holding the gun to the clerk's head and firing the shot into the ceiling. police want to make an arrest before someone gets hurt. >> we are worried that their behavior may escalate. it is a repeated pattern. they have hit a couple of stores more than once. they are targeting large stores, grocery outlet and home depot. police think they may also be responsible for robberies in other cities. there is a reward for arrest and

the american legion post in san jose. bob redell is headed there. he will give us a preview coming up san jose mayor, chuck reed, is getting the brushoff for baseball commissioner, bud selig. he asked for a personal meeting to say what is holding up the move of the a's to san jose. selig responded a few days later telling him to talk to the commission if he wants any kind of answers. reed tells that he is going to follow up on the commissioner's suggestion looking forward for a response. >> maybe he will say, hey, i was going to pay. >> something like that. >> great temperatures we saw yesterday just as you told us. it was going to be a warm one, christina. beautiful. it was a really nice day. today, we are going to lose 10-15 degrees of the warmth. make sure you get on out there later on today. that's when you want to head on outdoors. the temperatures will be mild.
