so nothing wrong with a cup of coffee in the morning, watch how much and maybe not reach for it later on in the day. >> something to do in the morning, you would think that eggs give you protein. >> the key word, protein, long-lasting energy. so an egg omelette is fantastic. always lack of time in the morning, yes? so i often boil eggs, take it with me on the go. lunch, lasts throughout the day. a great source of energy. protein, long, steady energy. >> and you don't add cheese to a hard-boiled egg. >> cheese is not a bad thing. again, it's protein. long energy, fantastic. >> and there's a lot of sugar in this. >> this is natural sugars, stay away from refined sugar. when i'm crashing and burning, what do you want to do? candy bar. we see tears after bedtime with the kids. so natural sugars are good. handful of nuts, walnuts, almonds great choices. >> this one i believe 100% having like when you're dehydrated, you're sluggish.
