♪ ♪ all right, we're back and still here in charleston, south carolina! at the beautiful college of charleston. it's may 3rd, it is great to be in the south. >> we've got to point out that our crowds have been insane here in charleston. you don't realize how out of control the crowds are here. we have a beautiful sea of signs and a great bunch of people. we want to say thank you to everybody for showing up again today. >> we are thrilled, we've had the best, best time in charleston, one of the most charming places in the whole country. it's the friendliest town, as we talked about yesterday. >> it certainly is. here's the thing, though, guys, we had to learn how to speak the dialect. >> because we want to fit in. >> we didn't want to stand out and look like two weird new yorkers. so we decided to learn how to

say things properly. so when you read out the name charleston, it looks like that's how you're supposed to say it but there's no "r." >> and it's really pronounced "chalston." ♪ ♪ ♪ one of the greatest delights about coming to charleston, south carolina is the food, and the seafood is out of this world. >> there's a great place called hank's seafood restaurant. the executive chef is with us. frank mcmahon. >> hi. can i tell you quickly i ate the best fried mashed potatoes from your restaurant that were buttery and delicious and mouth-watering. >> i'll give you the recipe for that. >> wow. >> what are you whipping up today? >> this is a classic seafood stew from marseille in france. we're going to do a little low country rendering. we've got the broth down, sweat vegetables, onions, carrots, celery, fennel and saffron is very important. i'm going to add the local seafood. >> of course you are. what do you got in there? and clams and wreck fish from the charleston bump.
