to a pair to $6 a pair in you order them in bulk. and the other thing, i love dyi, something i like is foil. it's really easy. you can use double stick tape or spray. and you can turn any odd glass in the house or a vase that you've left over from flowers and you literally -- rip, and you have the foil left. and what's great is you can spend a lot on this stuff for weddings, decor, the mercury glass, that you can make it yourself. and last but not least. you can, i went ahead and made my own escort cards and programs by getting -- >> no! >> you buy the paper and then you can spray paint them and add fun gems and use markers that are paint markers. so all of that stuff to help keep the cost down. but at the same time to have more personal touches. >> i love it. >> bobbie, she is great. >> jerry is going to help. >> this is your chair.

and i have to say, i was nervous at first. because i wasn't sure and then after the first fitting, it's weird. it was perfect. >> was it? >> it just felt right and i thank you for that. >> are you going to have your pictures taken of in that? >> sort of. it's amazing how many women pay for them and when you have them, you just figure out a way to just -- >> squish them down. >> and then shoes. i went ahead and a lot of people have some opinions about the shoes. >> they're all really high. >> here's the deal. i'm a pip squeak and the dress is long. and it was a sample, so i wanted shoes that would be high enough. but these i was so excited that they won. i got them off amazon, i bought my wedding shoes for $140. and they're by coloriffics. i love them. they're just as pretty as any fancy ones. they're actually here. >> they're gorgeous. and something else that's here that i brought is this beautiful cape from badgley mischka.

but don't think of it as eating ten mini meals, set three meals and go from there. you're always going to eat less. everybody needs a treat. once a day or once a week. it's different for everyone. there's no magical foods, a lot of health food imposters, pick what you like. it might be a glass of wine. frozen dessert. it might be candy, salty crunchy. it might be a soda. pick one thing that you like, pick something. >> in a week or in a day? >> in a day. i think it's good for every day. >> i think every day is good. because it's a little reward to yourself and sometimes a little reward with food can be a good thing. >> you know what adds up though, twizzlers? >> then choose something else. >> no, madelyn, want the twizzlers! >> don't mess with her. >> don't mess with me. >> three or four times a day, stick with a protein thaw like, as long as it's lean, fish, tuna, milk, eggs, dairy. don't forget nuts.
