we have been down this road before. in game one, it took three overtimes. andrew shaw on the double deflection from dave bolland. the next game. daniel paille. the third game was a standard, a shutout by boston, 2-0. and this one is a nonstandard 5-5 going into overtime. the third one of these, the record is 5-5.

it's a triple. two runners come in to score. giants take the lead 3-2. they win 4-2. taking the series with san diego. erin saw it all and has more. >> there was no shortage of excitement at at&t park as the giants take the series from the padres to their 18th comeback victory this season and thanks to gregor blanco's bat, he's now hitting 383 with 23 rbi with runners in scoring position. >> i just started running. being aggressive. it's not easy from the bench. i just say, just look for location and i just go, go there and swing. that's what i did and it worked out. >> blanco's been unbelievable, you know, he's one of the best all-around baseball players. it's fun. they're doing great. >> gregor's really played well.

arlington. cowboy up, cowboy on. the 49ers assigned defensive tackle smith to a two-year contract extension. 49ers general manager says his contract allowed justin to finish his career as a 49er. >> i'm thinking about the time it's on there. not trying to think ahead of that. so i'm going to play this and see how it goes and go from there, but excited about this. coming to me and getting the deal done definitely feels great. knowing i'll be part of the team after this year, it feels really great. >> more news for the 49ers. they've also reportedly signed offensive coordinator greg roman to a two-year extension. rappen port of the nfl network the first to report the news. the extension will keep the 49ers there through the season as well. the coaching offer could throw a

monkey wrench into all that. and congrats to this man. the former home of them as well. he was chosen from thousands of teachers. the school will receive $20,000 as part of the reward it the all-star teacher, i've always said that teaching is so hard because, number one, you have to teach. number two, you have to somehow not lose your mind. i don't know how they do sometimes. >> the america's cup racing begins today. today on dry land, the sailors were at the ballpark. all four teams, oracles usa included, all taking part today in the giants game. many have been in town training and competing for more than a year. they watched the giants and have become fans.

>> it's a cool thing. we want to do the same. the giants want to take the world series. we want to take the america's cup. >> the racing for the cup begins on july 4th. that series will determine which team will face oracle usa in september for the actual america's cup. what's next in the battle for the a's? major league baseball commissioner bud selig has a few weeks before he officially responds to the federal antitrust lawsuit san jose fired against him and the league. the suit accuses the league of blocking the a's from moving to a new privately funded stadium in downtown san jose. the city has been waiting for four years to make -- for the league to make a decision and that wait has been costly for both san jose and several local businesses as the suit describes. nbc bay area's chris sanchez has more. >> now, this is what you call a diamond in the rough.

boarded up, graffiti and weed infested properties the city is just sitting on, waiting to find out if major league baseball will allow the a's to proceed. >> i can't think that land is going to sit available forever. >> if the stadium goes up, revenues will go up annually too. according to the lawsuit, they will increase 1.5 million new tax dollars. add to that the $96 million the three-year stadium construction project would bring in. plus jobs for 9 0 people. and $130 million in new ballpark spending every year. as they waited for the decision, the properties were not developed and have not made the city any money. at the bistro, customers come from downtown and the shark tank. if there's a baseball stadium built next door, the owner may

chances are private details about your medical history have been sold to strangers around the world. we found one of these sellers. he agreed to reveal how the business worked. >> you want to see people buying data? >> reporter: that is the right medicare number? >> like it was candy at a candy store. >> i had no clue this information was out there. >> reporter: can i please speak to -- we knock. hi, are you floyd? and we found peep all over the bay area who had no idea we knew personal details about their medical condition. are you miss jackson? >> yes. >> reporter: their insurance number. >> that's accurate? >> yeah. >> reporter: how often they take their medicine. daily testing two times a day. >> correct. >> reporter: it's an international black market for medical information. private details only you and your doctor should know. available for as little as 10 cents a record. this is big business? >> this is big business.

>> reporter: this man asked not to be identified but agreed to skype with us from his home in costa rica. we wanted to know how he had thousands of california records, names, addresses, medical information, even -- is your favorite color green? >> yes. >> reporter: so you are sort of a middle man? >> it sounds bad to say that way but i guess i am. >> reporter: he told us he got the records from india and took us into the hidden world where this information is sold. he says the major players exchange massive amounts of data on linked in, the professional networking site. you don't need a big tech background? >> as long as you know how to use the keyboard. >> reporter: who's buying? often it's private medical companies selling supplies and drugs. these companies profit by targeting people with health conditions and charging their insurance for supplies like diabetes test kits. >> these people only carry

about -- >> reporter: and he says telemarketers are filling in the gaps in medical information by fishing over the phone. our source shared with us the script he used to read when he did it. >> what is your name? what is your doctor's name? we were just saying it. >> i don't need this. >> reporter: lies that sounded familiar to many of the bay area victims we found. >> i get calls from all over. >> you need my identity -- >> reporter: theresa got a phone call while we were at her home. >> you already have my identity. you call me. >> reporter: callers promising free medicine. >> nothing's free. you pay for it one way or another. >> reporter: she's right. our source says these items would later get charged to the victim's insurance or medicare which means taxpayers foot the bill. how profitable would you say this is? >> the key get, thousands per day. >> on the black market, you can get more for medical information than you can for social security

number. >> reporter: federal trade commission attorney says your information can also get leaked by insiders at medical facilities. and the effects go beyond your wallet. >> if somebody's medical information is stolen, then it may result in denial of health or life insurance. >> reporter: if your medical data has been breached, the fcc says ask your information company for an explanation of benefits each year. because as we found -- are you on insulin, it says here you are. >> yes. >> reporter: buyers and sellers in this medical information market are counting on you not to know. >> it makes me feel like i've been intruded upon. >> and now you're telling me i have to be more alert. >> we destroyed all of the medical information we obtained

what we can expect is warmer weather down in the south bay. 77 in san jose. also close to 80 in sunnyveil. down here in the extreme south bay, likely some of the warmest weather with 80 in morgan hill. the thing about the east bay, you have had this on-shore flow passing right throughout the hayward pass. also niles canyon. it's been cooler than average. that flow is going to get cut off for tomorrow. that is going to help heat develop here across the east bay. also, 80 in walnut creek. and for places like oakland and berkeley, a little bit warmer for you. tomorrow by the bay, low to mid-70s. 82 in santa rosa. also, 76 in san rafael. we do have temperatures heating up for the first full day of summer on friday with upper 80s. then watch this, huge changes as we head throughout this weekend. by sunday, we'll see p.m. fog develop. areas of drizzle. for monday and tuesday, chances of showers and temperatures
