we begin with deadly violence overnight in detroit. police say ten people, all men, were shot at a local barbershop. this morning three of those victims are confirmed dead. the eight others are being treated at local hospitals. it happened at al's barbershop. on the city's east side. officials say it also acts as a hach for gambling. right now police are looking for at least two suspects seen driving away. was palestinian leader, yasser arafat actually murdered? his widow says he was poisoned. the leader felt ill before his death in 2004 but no autopsy was performed. last november a team of swiss scientists exhumed his body and now say findings support poisoning. as a cause of death. mrs. arafat did not accuse any specific country or person, but the widow did acknowledge her husband had many enemies and she says he was the victim of a shocking crime. >> we are so angry. it's a political crime.

it's a political assassination of a great leader. nfl great tony dorsett confirming he's been diagnosed with a condition linked to dementia. the 59-year-old dallas cowboys hall of famer says the news hit him like a ton of bricks. three other former players have been diagnosed. including leonard marshall. president obama is finding himself playing defense on the affordable care act. this morning he is back in washington after a trip to texas. it is the largest state refusing to participate in the health care law. he got an earful from both sides. tracie potts joins us with the latest. there's news on the resignation on the rollout team, what's being made of that? >> tony trinkle, the top chief

technology officer at health and human services is leaving as of next friday. next week will be his last day. he's going into the private sector, already replaced for now by someone on the inside. as they get ready to roll out more money from the health law. today the white house is announcing $150 million in grants to community health centers to treat more than a million new patients, part of the health law that president obama says has him frustrated because the website to buy insurance isn't working properly. >> this is like having a really good product in the store and the cash registers don't work and there aren't enough parking spots. >> he chided texas for not supporting the law, texas has more uninsured than any other state. >> they're leaving a million people right now without health insurance that they could immediately fix. >> people's lives depend on

this. >> reporter: on capitol hill, health and human services secretary, kathleen sebelius was grilled about whether americans can keep their existing health plan. >> is it true or is it false, madam secretary -- >> you can keep your plan. >> no more excuses, no more spin, give us the truth. >> she admitted early enrollment numbers will be low. one person who was able to sign up, alaska senator, mark begich, but he's still giving the white house grief. back to the community health grants that will be announced today, it's the second round of those grants. the money something used to keep the community health centers going, to build new centers, to renew their leases and to hire new staff. and many of those staffers are being trained to help people through this process of signing up for insurance, richard? >> tracie potts, thank you. now to a bribery and prostitution scandal rocking the navy all involving a character named fat leonard.

in the latest revelations, a third official has been arrested with accepting prostitutes, luxury travel, cash and reportedly lady gaga tickets. authorities saying the malaysian contractor, fat leonard, gave the goods in exchange for classified information which helped overbill the pentagon for millions of dollars. two other navy officials are charged separately next with the bribery allegations. a georgia family is demanding to know how their teenage son killed. his body was found rolled up in a jimg mat. surveillance video shows kendrick johnson on the right walking in a hallway wearing a white t shirt. he is seen entering the gym but the mat where his body was found is not in the video. a federal prosecutor is investigating, but johnson's family says the family wants answers. >> we want to know what happened to kendrick, and how did it happen. that is all we wanted.

a coroner's inquest. they can bring forth evidence and show us what they have and what they seem to think exactly happened. that is all we want, the truth. >> the family's attorney says they are suspicious of why the video failed to show what happened. they call it the doggie paddle, tell that to two tiger cubs in d.c., though. the national zoo decided it was time for the siblings to try their paws in the water. they are some of the only big cats who like water. this pair, i don't think got the memo, they got out quickly. the swimming test was to insure they are ready to be released into their enclosure. it wasn't like a rock, they didn't go straight down, the natural instincts did take over a little bit. the weather in the northwest, we would like that to get out of here soon, too. the storm is moving onshore, a good-sized storm, it wound up to just underneath the weather
