services at our chapel down there yesterday. we had a lot of family. a lot of trips to the medical center. i don't want to talk about it. but when you have daredevil children, and, you know, between frank -- not frank, nothing happened to frank. between cody and cas and boo boo, we had -- we had crises out there. anytime you're all together, and you're having a good time, and so we're grateful. and i missed you, hoda. you were the busiest working woman in -- over the new year's. >> we did our new year's special. we had other stuff, but let me tell you something, something shocking yesterday. i went to see "the wolf on wall street" i was telling you about. >> my kids said i would hate it. >> this is one of those movies, first of all, i was shocked at the number of f bombs. i didn't count them but i read there were more than 500. 506. it is all about -- they said there are people walking out, i didn't feel like walking out of the movie, but it was one of those movies about excess drugs and girls and money and nothing

weekend. she really took matters into her own hands here. she didn't want anybody else breaking the story, didn't want anybody in the tabloids, she put it out there herself she would disappear for several days, several weeks, go to rehab for a eating disorder. she's on a crusade to love herself a little more. when i think is a great thing. reportedly she's going to the same rehab that demi lovato went to and that worked out great. demi is in great shape. >> is there food rehab or -- >> there is, for eating disorders. she's going to go there and learn how to love herself a little bit more. >> okay. a lot of people at the movies this weekend. >> you're a mess. >> you're a mess. and so you need to have support. whether it is in an online program, any plan really works with this that you're eating as long as you're structured. look into your community, to your church, synagogue, go with a buddy, find some support because you really can't do it alone. once you admit that, you'll be doing well. >> all right. mindless muncher. we all know those. >> this is the grazer who goes throughout the day and night and doesn't think. they don't eat dinner. you say, are you hungry, not hungry? this person really needs some structure. you need a plan that will be either meal replacements, can do something like jenny craig or nutri/system if you're a lazy bones and have the money or make your own plan. cut out the grazing and the snacks and have three meals a day. >> and also doing what helena is doing. >> that's the other thing. you need to move. >> or hire helena to do it for you. yeah. >> all right. we are just a click away from the best apps your kids should be downloading.

things like installing apps or in-app purchases to limit it. >> is that yours? >> it is mine. >> we just saw your password. >> that's okay. >> let's talk about some of the apps you like. math racer. >> so gib jab, they send the great ecards, you can put your faces in them, they come out with a great series of apps for kids called story bots. we have this new series of books and apps including this one called math racer, which i love. kids can put their own photo in it -- >> that's cute. >> they zoom around the track and they have to answer questions. kathie lee, 6 plus 7. >> 13. >> yea. >> that's cool. >> we need to play this together. >> yeah, you can win power boosts, very motivating for kids. if you get a wrong answer, it doesn't shame you or anything. it is a great way to go. >> good. the human body is the next one.

>> i love this, i like anything that encourages stem, science, technology, engineering, math. this lets you do girls or boys. it lets you just free play and see what the human body looks like. and you can, like, go down and go to the digestive system or respiratory system and kids can play with it like they want. >> that's wild. >> it encourages them to want to learn more and that's where you go to the computer and -- >> you can hear the lungs breathing? >> yeah. it is great. it is great for stem. >> a suggestion on your part. >> good things to learn. next is shadow puppets. this is brand-new. no one has really seen it. kids love editing photos. they play with mine all the time. this way all they do is go in and very simple, just pick photos and put it into a little montage and narrate it. this is my daughter -- >> it is christmas day and -- >> okay. >> you can see there is like a little -- i don't think we have the volume up.
