now, their lives are changed forever with some killed, others badly burned after a horrifying and deadly tour bus crash near chico. good morning to you, thank you so much for joining us. i'm laura garcia-cannon. >> i'm scott mcgrew. we do have new details and this is new cell phone video just into our newsroom. we have learned ten people are dead, five of them are the high school students themselves. >> a fedex truck and a car also involved in this crash, all three vehicles still on the roadway and a northbound stretch of interstate 5 shut down for at least another hour. >> we will have team coverage as this investigation unfolds, but we begin live with "today in the bay" sam brock live near the town of orland near the wreckage. good morning, sam. >> yeah, good morning. let me bring you the latest of what's going on right now on the scene. we have an accident investigation team over my shoulder. it's been a little more quiet in the last 20 or 30 minutes, but they've essentially been combing this area trying to find pieces

of evidence and perhaps movements from vehicles to try to determine change of direction, what might have caused and spawned that very serious accident. it was only a few hours ago, scott, that the bodies that were out here covered in tarps were actually removed. they still don't know definitivety what may be inside that bus and its skeletal remains. what we do know at this point is that they have been ten confirmed deaths. the most coming from overnight a severe burn victim coming from uc davis and composition of some of the victims the chaperons and two drivers and a lot to be determined, including what catalyzed this entire process. what are they looking at to try to figure out why the fedex driver ended up careening, going fraul one side of the highway to the next and wreaking havoc in the lives of so many. >> by doing an autopsy they'll be able to determine if there was a medical condition, if the

driver was deceased prior to the accident or if they had a medical issue that caused them to drive over the median. if it was intentional, if it was accidental, you know, negligent driving. movement in a steering wheel and all the facts, according to the speed, applying brakes, turning movements, all the marks that are going to be on the roadway are going to help them determine what the cause of the accident was. >> and that was lacy from the california highway patrol. studying the scene for what they're going to be doing here. she actually told me a really interesting tidbit i had not heard before. this could have been worse if it was not for the fact of a chp officer within a couple miles of this accident when it took place. he saw the smoke billowing up and alert the appropriate authority to handle the traumatic circumstances. could have saved lives potentially. the accident investigation here

will be here and matched by the ntsb and i'm not sure what their role will be and the chp doesn't know yet and much more coming up at 10:00 this morning when there's a press conference and we have that information additionally we'll be sure to bring it to you. reporting live from orland, sam brock. >> giving you updates on the roadway. northbound, i would imagine, still investigating. so, so much wreckage out there. >> right. we were told the last update we had is that northbound should clear up at some point after 7:00. i can tell you right now, we're all actually positioned on the northbound side of the highway a liability to certainly everyone out here if they would open it up any time soon. what the impacts will be for the folks trying to commute in the area. be sure to pass that along, as well. >> thank you so much. >> awful. in fact, a sleepless night for families in southern california. they're waiting to hear about their children who were on that bus. >> there were a number of buses actually headed north to

humboldt state. just one was involved with that crash. many of the injured needed help to even hobble away from the wreckage while others are still in the hospital. in fact, many of the students taking to social media, it's what they know at that age to reassure their friends and family that they're all right. peggy bunker joins us on set and you have been following emotional tales of the students and their families. >> kids get online and get on twitter and talk about what happened and what they experienced. the first look at the inside of the bus before it happened. an nbc photographer on the scene talking to crash survivors and one was taking pictures and tweeting during the journey. he tweeted out this picture, as typical teenagers do, 11 to 12 hours in here sigh is what he said because it was such a long journey because not expecting anything could be different. they were on their smartphones and ipods doing what teens do. not knowing this is what was coming next.

a fedex truck cross the center median and cause this situation here. look at this huge fireball erupting from the impact, killing both the fedex driver and the bus driver, as you just heard there from the police officer. perhaps there was a medical issue that maybe killed the fedex driver prior, but this is the end result here. this fireball, of course, not everybody made it out alive. that is the agonizing reality for one family, one mother who had twin teenage girls on the buses. one is okay this morning, tragically, one is still missing. >> saying she's saying, i'm so overwhelmed with emotion. i'm so desperate to find out and so sad and desperate to find out what has happened to my daughter. you see the photo there of the two of them and they go together. one, you know, needs the other. that just makes the situation more tragic. we're also hearing reports,

a lot of tough news to get through this morning, but the weather certainly on your side except for at the immediate coast. 53 degrees in san francisco. san jose nice and clear here. one side sun starts to make an appearance and i'm expecting an absolutely gorgeous sunrise. we have cameras strategically placed all throughout the bay area. if you can stick with us, i'll show you as we head through the next 15, 20 minutes. on the bottom of your screen on the seven-day forecast, we'll hold on to conditions like this for most of the weekend. for today, 75 degrees in the south bay and 74 along the peninsula and hit 63 and cool day shaping up for san francisco and, really, right about at average for this time of year. east bay at 69 degrees today. and 76 in the tri-valley. so, a cool coast, warm inland and all the way through this weekend and temperatures are going to be a touch warmer. as we head throughout your sunday, up to 77 degrees in san jose. 64 degrees in san francisco with some big waves coming our way. so, it's going to be a little bit cool at the coast. but if you like to watch the big

crashing waves, we'll tell you which beaches will see the biggest swells as we head through saturday and sunday. here's anthony and your morning drive. >> as you were mentioning those cameras strategically placed. here is one of those by the bay bridge and you'll notice about eight minutes ago, the lights have been turned on, so things are actually starting to really slow down approaching the maze. otherwise as you flip over and notice our traffic maps, you can see, again, that orange moving through where the bay bridge approach is. you have lots of yellows coming into that area. things are starting to slow, of course, no big surprise this time of day. the other slow spot is the altamont pass. take you outside and show you what the sky camera looks like there. lots and lots of cars. traffic speeds up to 20 miles per hour here. lots of cars and very slow. pack that patience if you through the altamont pass. let's switch gears and show you what is happening in palo alto, traffic starting to pick up, again. all morning long, the good news

we'll tell you what's happened across the bay area, free for you and your family in moments. >> nice, free. let's take you to the north bay. traffic really starting to pile in across san rafael and that's the case, even in the south bay and through the altamont pass. we'll give you a quick check on that morning commute. now to the very latest on our breaking news, at least ten people are dead after a bus crash in the town of orland, near chico. the bus was carrying students from the l.a. area up to humboldt state university for a college visit. crash survivors sharing video and pictures online to reassure their loved ones back home and new cell phone video shows flames engulfing the bus. northbound interstate 5 still shut down right now. car, fedex truck and the bus all involved in the crash. all three vehicles are still on the roadway. another san francisco 49er is at the center of a legal investigation this morning. this time quarterback colin

kaepernick is implicated in a possible sexual assault in miami. he is the third 49er in legal trouble as of late. "today in the bay" bob redell live in santa clara where lawyers for two other players are due in court for separate incidents. good morning, bob. >> good morning. talk about smith and chris culver, but the 49er at the center of attention right now is their quarterback, colin kaepernick. it should be noted, he has not been arrested nor has he been charged with a crime, but he is under investigation by the miami police department. this coming out within the past 24 hours. a police report involving a woman inside a miami condo. she's the woman who filed this report and she's the woman who had previously been in a relationship with colin kaepernick. according to the report, she was having drinks with kaepernick and teammate qinton patton and ricardo lockette.

she said she got naked but did not, according to the reports she woke up in a hospital bed not knowing what happened or how she got there. kaepernick is yet to comment on these allegations, on this report of the team, the 49ers saying that they're aware of this media report and they are in the process of gathering the pertinent facts. that's their quote. lawyers for kaepernick's teammate, smith, will meet with the lawyers to set up a preliminary hearing on felony charges. deputies reportedly found three illegal assault weapons in his home near san jose in 2012. the gun charges have been combined with his arrest last fall for dui a. we're talking about cornerback chris culver. his lawyers in court later this afternoon to talk about his hit and run charges. he was arrested on march 28th

after the police say he hit a bicyclist with his car. then crash under to a witness' car as he tried to run away. culver also faces a felony charge of possessing metal knuckles. reporting live outside the brand-new levi stadium here in santa clara, bob redell. 6:15. a steel company had to pay thousands of dollars in fines following a deadly accident at levi stadium. cal osha issued new fines against the steel company. last year a worker died after being crushed by a load of rebar. regulators say the company did not have adequate safe procedures in place and it failed to secure the steel delivery before that accident. it was the second death at that construction site. 49ers first game at the new stadium is scheduled for this august. let's check your forecast this morning as we give you a live look out at san jose. oh, i always like that shot. that always come out so well. >> isn't that pretty? >> give us some good news.

>> good news. i have lots for you. lots. not only is it friday, we'll see a beautiful weekend and give your ac and likely a heater a break. you know what, that sunrise, it's going to be absolutely spectacular this morning. right now still getting the blues, but mark my words as we head throughout the next couple hours we'll get the reds and oranges and just spectacular conditions. i'll show you why. on your satellite imagery coming up, we'll talk a little bit of science this morning. 55 degrees in san jose. 55 in san martin and even in your outlying cities, even up in the north bay, not too cold out there this morning and, nonetheless, a fair amount of cloud cover all day long, driven in by this area of low pressure. right now just to our south. here's the actual core and you can see little frontal band here coming up through the bay area. you notice that cloud cover, once you wake up and head out that front door this morning. as we head throughout the day today, this is what we are expecting high and mid-level clouds come in and as that sun

comes through that is what creates that gorgeous, gorgeous sunrise and i'm expecting at 6:40 this morning. we're just about 24 minutes away from that as we head throughout the day today, temperatures are going to be mild at the coast. this is where you are going to find the low clouds, right at the immediate coast. it's funny, the inner bay is not even close to as bad as what we're experiencing. limited sunshine and much cooler on the ocean side of the city than the bay side later on. 65, though, not a bad day in san francisco. 75, meanwhile, for us here in the south bay and 74 for the peninsula and 76 degrees out in the east bay for today. now, temperatures will be comfortable all weekend long and a couple events happening. first and foremost, wiener dog easter egg hunt. i perked laura's eyes up. this is on saturday. they are going to have dozen, possibly hundreds of wiener dogs out there dressed up for easter. 10:00 a.m., i know, that sounds like a scene. i could get into that crowd. also the cherry blossom festival

happening on sunday in japan town and temperatures are going to be comfortable, warm in the city on sunday. south bay is looking at 74 degrees on sunday and san francisco 68 degrees for you. overall, great-looking conditions this weekend. anthony slaughter, you're a man who can really appreciate a wiener dog, aren't you? >> great-looking weekend, too. i mean, it looks good all around. i'm talking about all that stuff. let's get you outside and show you what it is looking like approaching the bay bridge. lots of cars flowing into the bay bridge. in fact, we'll show you what it looks like. metering lights turned on and slow go as you come in approaching the bay bridge. switch gears and show you the traffic maps and you can see we have lots of slowing, not only through the altamont pass but also 880 through hayward. that's where we're starting to see more slowing but no accidents to report on either one of those routes. none of those accident markers. let's take you up first into fremont and there you can see on 880 southbound, those cars are

starting to pick up and another stop does show us over in, i think we're going to go out to dublin and you can see lots of cars coming into the altamont pass. the average speeds here only 20 to 30 miles per hour. very, very slow coming through the altamont pass and the last stop northbound side traffic really starting to bog down. all morning long, the best news along with christina's forecast, is that we don't have any accidents. back to you guys. >> that is. let's hope it stays that way. a change at the top in the health and human services department. president barack obama plans to announce the resignation of kathleen sebelius. expected to nominate silvia matthews to replace her. meanwhile, the largest tech employer in san francisco could get even bigger. this morning senate mimornorty nancy pelosi will make what

breaking news for you. these are live pictures of just an awful scene. this is outside of orland. it's just west of chico. that is a tour bus that was carrying children, high schoolers up from los angeles when it was hit head on by a fedex tractor trailer. at least ten people are dead this morning. >> it is simply tragic. there are so many questions "today in the bay" reggie kumar live at ontario airport. a mom's son is in the icu and just boarded a plane to come and see him. >> we introduced you to theresa in the last hour. now on a plane to sacramento heading to chico. as soon as she lands she will get in the rental car and head

to chico. she says he is in a lot of pain and one of at least three dozen students and staff who survived this fiery ecrash in orland yesterday. this is a picture of him with his 3-year-old sister. he has a fractured elbow, bruised lungs and recovering from smoke inhalation. he was sitting near the front of the bus when the fedex truck crashed head on to it yesterday evening. he saved his life by jumping out of a window. her son does not remember the crash and he did not know anyone else onboard that bus. >> i'm very, very thankful. i mean, you know, to see it on the news because i couldn't watch. i just broke down to think that he's alive and he was on the front of that bus. so, you know -- >> did you think the worst? >> well, knowing and speaking to him, you know, i didn't see the news until after i spoke to him, but, you know, if i would have saw it before, i think it would have been a different story. seeing it after, i saw a clip and then i just couldn't watch it any more.

>> teracia tells us as soon as her son jumped out of that window he started having an asthma attack. now an orthpetic surgeon will examine his fractured elbow and expected to have surgery some time today. a student at pacif cuhigh and he was on his way to humboldt state university. he was just accepted there and planning to tour the campus. the very latest here in ontario. >> let's hope his recovery goes well. thanks, reggie. also happening today, suspended state senator leland yee back in a san francisco courtroom. >> where new charges could be announced in that case. "today in the bay" christie smith live in san francisco why that could mean new travels for the state senator. good morning. >> good morning, to you, laura. you know, on top of the charges we anyhow about in this alleged scheme, now federal prosecutors say they may add racketeering and see more defendants.

right now there are 29 of, including state senator leland yee that will leave from his sunset district home heading back to court this morning. prosecutors aren't saying whether they plan to add the charges against yee himself. the state senator is accused of conspiring to traffic guns and public corruption due to a lengthy undercover federal investigation. he did plead not guilty, though, earlier this week. they'll also try to keep the name of those undercover agents a secret. but another key figure in all of this, a raymond "shrimp boy" chow who has a long criminal history, including racketeering now charged with money laundering and dealing in stolen property. his attorney says, though, the government used entrapment in this long investigation saying, i want to know the background of those officers, that it takes a certain kind of human being to be a five-year.

>> i'm laura garcia-cannon. a bus, fedex truck and a car involved in that crash. ten people are dead, including five high school students. the crash happened in the town of orland very close to chico. about an hour and a half north of sacramento. live in orland this morning near that wreckage. sam, what are investigators telling you? >> laura, good evening. scott, you, as well. first of all, knwe knew this wa going to be a visually upsetting scene. that absolutely charred skeletal bus. they're searching for pieces of glass and movements of some of the vehicles involved here to try to determine what exactly catalyzed that accident. it was only a few hours ago that they removed deceased bodies covered in tarps. obviously, much left to be figured out here. they're still trying to determine what exactly might be in that bus once they remove it.

i'm told that could actually come very soon. once we see tow trucks that, in fact, the scene is going to clear. but in the meantime, they're going to gather as much evidence as they can. the ntsb is going to be coming in later today to help bolster those efforts. but in the meantime, so much we don't know. we don't know what caused the fedex driver to swerve over the median and to create that crash. we don't know how many families are informed and we don't know the fundamental elements of this investigation. we posed that question to lacy of the california highway patrol. what don't you know and what are you waiting for? >> takes a couple months to get through all the facts and evidence and get through its lengthy reports and a lot of time and hours and efforts that go into it. it has to be meticulous and perfect because those families deserve to know the truth and what happened. >> no question the stakes are high. she's proving that there that they need to be as comprehensive as possible in trying to

complete the investigation. but, you know what, not any time soon. the timetable that i have been provided. we're actually finding out why it was caused for two months. the families may not know today. we'll be staying on top of that and a press conference later today at about 10:00. hopefully get more information and bring it to you then. for now reporting live from orland, i'm sam brock, nbc bay area news. back to you. >> you hinted there are still things on the bus. are we talking about bodies, possibly, still that would raise the death toll? >> that was indicated to me this morning. where have you found those bodies, have they been removed? >> she said it occurred over night but until they move the buses, they don't know what they might find. the suggestion is, it is possible. >> sam brock, just an awful scene there and sometimes you don't find bodies until later.

so, keep that allergy medicine handy and a lot of people like to get outdoors over the course of the weekend. if you find yourself sniffling and sneezing, that is the reason why. temperatures stay level and no major changes coming our way. saturday into sunday looking good and much warmer inland than what we are expecting at the coast. mid-60s in san francisco this weekend and mid to upper 70s meanwhile right here in the south bay. a little bit of a bump up on monday. 81 degrees then and we'll cool you back down on tuesday. overall, feeling like spring. getting some standard numbers. we don't typically do that this time of year, anthony. what are you working with? >> we have standard traffic, too. in fact, things looking really good. no major accidents to report of. one minor accident, more of a fender bender, if you will. coming through the altamont pass and you can see that as you take it outside and the dublin camera and the slow down continues and now, again, that stall right at doherty road at the off ramp. not on the highway and on the off ramp in the slow lane approaching doherty road coming off of 580 westbound.

you can see that on the traffic maps as i zoom in. it's causing slowdowns at least through livermore the traffic is slowing down and in that slow lane is causing things to bog down and people getting out of the lane and the next lane over. that will continue to at least be a slow spot for the next few minutes. south bay looking really good, no problems there. switch gears and take you up into the east bay over towards oakland and you'll notice as we take you outside into the bay bridge approach and the lights have been turned on for 35 minutes now. things moving very slow there, keep that in mind as you head out in the morning the fog, again, a problem for the next hour or so. >> thank you, anthony. still ahead on "today in the bay" someone throws a shoe at hillary clinton's head. we'll show you the video, next. plus, we continue to cover the tour bus crash that has killed at least ten people. that death toll could, frankly, go up at least five of them are high schoolers. this happening near chico. we'll have the very latest, coming up.

the coast guard has called off the search for 14-year-old boy who was swept out to sea earlier this week. the boy and his father were at ocean beach when the teen was pulled out by the current. crews looked for that boy for more than 24 hours. boats and helicopters to scour the surf. oscar pistorius scarquared with the prosecutor today as he took the stand for the third day in a row to talk about the night

just for that show. 81 degrees on monday, tuesday 74 degrees in san jose and little bit of a change back here next week. overall, temperatures cool at the coast and warm inland for the next few days. as promised, here is your drive and anthony. >> good forecast headed this weekend. you'll notice as we take you outside looking that bay bridge approach, things moving very smoothly here but right at the bay bridge moving very slow and continue to be that way, the metering lights have been on for 40 minutes now. let's switch gears and show you the traffic maps and what you'll find is a slowing coming through 880 and hayward down through fremont and altamont pass 580 coming through doherty road. there was an accident keeping things slow and you can see how far that extends back into livermore. that's another very slow go this morning. let's switch gears and take you into the south bay on 101 in san jose. and here's where you'll find a lot of slowing, again, as we were talking about.

maybe we'll take you out to dublin first. that's the slowing i was telling you about and now, switch back over and show you the south bay on our traffic maps and this is what i was trying to get at earlier. this is where we'll continue to see slowing come along 101 and san jose. this is a typical slow spot and slow through palo alto. no accidents on that particular route and as you head out this morning, things are moving smoothly and take you outside and show you what it looks like. wide open lanes, no problem there's. guys, back to you. >> thank you, anthony. an update to breaking new. california high school seniors on their way to tour a college campus their eyes on their future and now their lives are changed and some simply killed and some badly burned after a horrifying deadly tour bus crash up in glen county. this is a heart wrenching tragedy unfolding, continuing to unfold as we speak. >> we're getting so many new details, including some new video, as well. this is cell phone video just

into our newsroom. you can see the signs of that crash. we now know ten people are dead, including five high school students. a fedex truck and a car also involved in this crash all three vehicles still in the roadway so the northbound stretch of interstate 5 shut down for at least another hour. >> we will have team coverage as another investigation unfolds. let's begin with live in the bay sam brock who is live in the very spot where that bus crashed. good morning, sam. >> let's begin there. let me pick up what scott just said regarding the three vehicles out there on interstate 5. i'm told around 9:00 or 10:00, they will be removed and it's an effort to try to get it done. a number of different tow services coming out to remove all that stuff and all that debris and structure and burnt metal away and we'll find out what they uncover under there. chp tells me they're not

entirely sure what they'll find. over my shoulder you can see the folks from the chp accident investigative team going out there. they're actually using surveyor structures and lasers within them to create spatial relationships. i just learned that from a colleague. that is what they're out doing trying to re-create the accident scene and find out what happened and when it happened. we know this is an extremely fatal and extremely upsetting event for folks in this area. we have confirmed as you both said earlier, ten people that have died at this point and we know half of those are students and many parents still trying to demand more information, get more information about what happened. the timeline for that certainly in terms of any sort of comprehensive, in-depth dimension could be several months. but hopefully today, a press conference, the ntsb is getting here around 11:00 or 12:00, i'm told. at least have more information for you then. we'll see you then. reporting live from orland, i'm sam brock, nbc bay area news.

>> looks like, sam, a large amount of investigators out there because it was such a huge crash scene. >> yeah. i mean, i would presume so. i would say it appears to be 15 to 20 individuals if i am to estimate and no idea of the scope and size and the ntsb team is coming later today. they are apparently wrapping up, i'm told. done most of the work i'm told and we'll find out what they uncovered hopefully in a couple hours. in the meantime, we're still waiting it hear about those that were actually killed in that crash. >> that's right. a real sleepless night for families in southern california where those families are coming from. >> a number of buses heading north to humboldt state. just one was involved with the crash. many of the injured were treated at the scene while others now waking up in the hospital this morning. in fact, many of the students are taking to social media to reassure their friends and family that they're all right. today in the bay peggy bunker joins us live right now. certainly such an emotional

morning for these families. >> your heart goes out to them. you think about what they've been through and how difficult this might be and waking up without answers this morning. so many people tragically impacted by the bus crash. one family they're watching very closely one family had identical twins on the buses. one of the twins is okay but the other one is unaccounted for. we talked to the twins younger sister before she knew one of her sisters was okay. >> i just know that god has them safe. we care for them and we love them a lot and that we're waiting for them to come back. >> you just feel for them so much. once again, we know that one of the twins is safe and the other still missing, so the mother there just in agony as she waits

for news about her other daughter. you see the twin girl there's. we're also getting first looks at the inside of the bus prior to the horrific crash. one of the students onboard tweeted out this picture in typical teenage style, 11 to 12 hours in here, sigh. you see a lot of the other kids there with their smartke phones and ipods not knowing a truck would cross the center median and cause this huge fireball. in fact, the smoke and fire cloud could be seen from miles away. students, as we now know, kicked out a window and made their escapes from the bus running for their lives and, of course, not everyone made it out. here in the newsroom, we are continuing to look for more information for those families who this morning are just waiting to find out about their family members. it is a developing situation so we're waiting for the details. you hear from that one family and the younger sister and you just feel for them tremendously. >> when she says it's time for

the police report filed by this woman revealed that she had previously been in a relationship with kaepernick, was having drinks with him, teammate quinto patton and ricardo lockette. got naked with kaepernick, but they did not have sex. however, after passing out the woman said that she woke up in a hospital bed not knowing what happened or how she got there. >> give her the benefit of the doubt first. >> like always. like me or you, you have to give everybody the benefit of the doubt. instant instanocent until proven guilty. >> the 49ers organization has releasing a brief statement saying they are aware of the recent media report regarding their quarterback and they're in the process of gathering the pertinent facts. lawyers for kaepernick's teammate aldon smith, their lawyers will meet with a judge today to set up preliminary hearing on felony gun charges

and drunk driving. smith was arrested after santa clara county deputies reportedly found three illegal assault rifles in his home near san jose in 2012. the gun charges have been combined with his arrest last fall for dui and marijuana possession. and a third 49er, as you were alluding to, laura, is in legal trouble this afternoon cornerback chris culver, his lawyers will be in court to talk about his hit and run charges. this is very recent. he was arrested just a couple weeks ago on march 28th after police say they saw him hit a bicyclist with his car and then crash into a witness' car as he tried to run away. we clarify, police did not see that, this is just what they're reporting. also faces a felony charge of possessing metal knuckles. reporting live here outside the new levi stadium. bob redell, "today in the bay." let's do one last check of your day's top story. the rescue mission to save a sick toddler strandedñi in the pacific ocean cost taxpayers

one of our drivers and this is never a call that you want to get. and it's a rough night for everybody in the silverado family. >> we did check records from the u.s. department of transportation and found the company had two accidents in the long 27-year history and only one of those was a crash involving an injury. again, the early indications show the bus and its driver were not at fault in this crash. fedex also responding to the crash. a company spokeswoman released a statement saying "our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved in this tragic accident on i-5 in california. we are cooperating fully with authorities as they investigate. we're also hearing from humboldt state this morning. the president said, "our hearts go out to those who have been affected and we are hear to support them and their families in any way possible." >> now "today" show will continue our coverage of the deadly bus crash coming up at 7:00 and we're also constantly updating nbcbayarea.com.
