upped when the flames quickly spread. >> mother of a student killed in that tragic tour bus crash filing a lawsuit. claiming it had a history of accidents and there were not enough emergency exits on the bus. five of the victims were high school students. >> a man will be back in the area soon days after he was rescued off a ledge. the 26-year-old was rock climbing last sunday when he fell. he was too injured to move. so, he hit my back on a boulder, that was protruding off of this
