right now let's say good morning. >> we are looking at 580 westbound. good amount of traffic. easy flow. we are coming into dublin out of livermoore. farther north look at this. southbound 680. you see that slowing as you approach the area. slowing there. neighborhood getting to sleep after police squared off with a mountain lion. the lion disappeared and showed back up at apartment garage at california street.

bob, they have this big cat now, what are they going to do. they want to put it back into the wild. far away from this apartment complex. far away from this urban habitat where it clearly doesn't belong. you are looking at 110 pounds in the cage. the puma project tells us that it will release the cat in the foothills in an open space. not easy considering how much development has encroached the development. they do wonder how it was able to get so far within the city limits before finally being spotted. someone first saw it around 6:00 last night.

and then 30 minutes later it was seen going into the ga rather behind me here where it hid under a vehicle. the cat stayed there for several hours while game and fish dealt with an equipment issue. >> a lot of opportunity for this to not go well. the cat was held down in the parking area. once we determined where it was and got the equipment on scene, the game warden has had several of our officers we were able to put a plan together. they were able to get into a position where they were able to tranquilize the cat. >> you can see in this video. not many people abided by it.

suspect started speeding driving all over the road. the suspect hit a car and kept on driving. police on the tail when it crashed into this building. the people inside jumped out and ran away. the pedestrian who was hit by the car expected to be okay. police say the fan who crashed into this south bay restaurant may have had a diabetic restaura restaurant, the car hit gas pipes and the driver was taken to the hospital. we don't know how seriously he was hurt. it is 4:37. coun til wants staff members to come back in a couple of weeks to raise the minimum.

the president's location of his thursday night fundraiser has been changed. but, that location has deemed a security risk. we haven't been told why. so the event has been moved to a hotel. he will stay overnight in san jose. yesterday the lockup period ended. here you see video from their ipo last november. the shares flooded the market driving the stock price lower. things didn't go well in tokyo.
