spend three years in prison for embezzeling funds. his two sons were also sentenced. the family is accused of embezzeling money. he can appeal that ruling but will be jailed until that appeal is heard. police have searched for the owner of the ferry that sank off the coast last month. the owner is said to be the co-founder of a church. police have issued arrest warrants for his two sons who are believed to have run the shipping company for their father. more than 300 people died when that ferry sank most were on a school trip. >> 46-year-old russell buckloo was convicted of raping and

interstate 10 along the california-arizona border. intended and others are hurt. this happened when a big rig jackknifed and spilled a load flipped onto it's side. chp said four people are dead. all lanes of interstate 10 between la and phoenix will be closed for several hours. greyhound has said it wasn't it's bus. we are working on trying to figure out what bus it was. >> people are heading to san jose to figure out a convicted serial rapist who terrorized the area for years. the pillow case rapist admits to attacking women for years.

officers were called to the recreation center. when they arrived they found a man who had been shot in the head. police have not given us any suspect descriptions. >> class should be back in section at san jose's vocational school. it was shut down for not paying rent. no trespassing signs apparently still up at the college insists that the classes are going to take, place, right? >> good morning, that is right, scott. the no tress passing signs are still up. apparently this dispute is being resolved and the doors will reopen today. but this isn't the first time that this school has gotten and eviction date. >> they posted notices on the door of the trade school.

attorney for the owner of the property here said the parent company owned $80,000 in past de rent. eviction proceedings started back in the fall. one student said he paid $3,000 for a month and a half of classes and he can't believe that it came to this. >> i school ain't telling me nothing so far. i was supposed to come to class today. it is a little odd ball you know? >> other than for the school said this is a dispute with the landlord. i did call the school and it says that normally the doors open at 8:00 am and we will be here to report what happens.

rachel chambers would be one of those. she lost her shepherd treat cali to one of those. within hours that dog was sick and died. the fda has not been able to identify what it is that is making those pets sick. petco says it was time to get them out of the store. >> we decided that we wanted to make this move even though the evidence isn't there. it is the best thing for our pet parents and our pets. >> they aare talking about what it is in the treats that is in ju ju j juring the animals. petsmart pulled the treats two years ago for customers. they are pulling the product but they won't be doing that until
