we have learned a passenger bus that crashed early this morning killing at least four people was traveling from phoenix to los angeles. it is about a five and a half hour drive. that happened in the town of blithe on i-10 when a big rig jackknifed and spilled a load of steel pipes onto the arizona border. a number of people were rushed to hospitals in the chp and the number of those that were killed could rise. our station in los angeles confirmed that the bus belonged to los angeles limousine express. >> christopher hubbard admitted to raping at least 3 women in the area.

bob redell is live outside the courthouse. this guy admits to raping at least 40 women and yet he is getting out of prison. >> reporter: they are and they will be showing up in hours to display their displeasure to release the man back into society. judge brown here at the hall of justice agreed to the conditional release of christopher hubbard to let him live in a home in hal mapalm da. according to the da's office he will be under strict super vision. he will have to wear a gps monitor. not happy at all. a couple of dozen residents argued that he will always be a threat to society.

well apparently the office here opens at 8:00. there is a class that starts at 6:00 this morning. i had a chance to speak with a student who said that they were actually told that classes resumed here on monday but said that this whole experience has been very, very difficult for her. she is hoping for the best. students were locked out on monday. sheriff's deputies posted eviction notices on the classrooms. the attorney said that bryman's parent company owed $80,000 and that this wasn't the first time. here is what that one student told me heading back into class. at first it was trestressful wee paying money. but, i mean, they reassured us

the lights were turned on 15 minutes ago. look at the map off the east west shore way. that is not the concern. this is. the arrow pointing down. 24. approaching the warren freeway. a motorcycle crash not a lot of detail. the one lane is blocked and they have issued a sig alert. it is going to take a little while to clear. we'll track that. it may make things lighter though. the tri valley a predictable pattern south 680 not yet showing that slow down as is typical for that portion. no delays for vta that system status they are reporting on time and on schedule for today. we look at the south bay as well.

one to call 911 after finding the two year old and the three year old. >> 450 acre wild fire in arizona is burning. evacuations are mandatory in a two mile stretch in oak creek cany canyon. the fire was sparked by a car. that one 20% contained. ny report reveals the government has no way of knowing which fuel and supply is responsible for last year's deadly blast in texas. it killed 14 people at a plant in west texas. the report says without improved government regulations dangerous conditions will continue to exist. >> troopers were called in on a

an update to breaking news in south california this morning where four people have died after a bus crash. investigators say the driver of the limousine express bus that crashed near the arizona border had only been behind the wheel for a little more than two hours. the crash happened near the town of blithe. the bus was on its way back to la when it crashed. phoenix to los angeles was about

after jet blue pilots voted online to organize. the vocational school shut down after failing to pay it's rent. today in the bay joins us live where students and faculty join are showing up. >> they say it was a medical assisting class that started at 6:00. they walked through the doors. couple saying that the experience had been difficult. no classes at the vocational school. they say they did receive a return to class this morning. a teacher went in and said she couldn't comment on the situation. an attorney said financial trouble for the school caused it to fall behind on the rent.
