most of the restrictions will actually force the clubs to close? >> reporter: that is what they are saying. the city council did not put a cap on the number that can operate within city limits. but they say they won't be able to do business as they have been. among the restrictions is that the pot must be grown within the county and that the stores can only be open from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night. but that they have to provide 24 hour security and they are not allowed to sample or use marijuana on the premises.

her children's father. he was found shot to death in the family home. police say orortez had to be supervised when she was around the children. >> grant's father is suing the former police officer found guilty in that shooting. we are joined live from the san francisco courthouse where we understand that defense lawyers are questioning the relationship question grant and his father. that is right, sam. that former officer has kept -- we are talking about the former officer convicted of killing oscar grant. he was℠f'unarmed oscar grant w at the station back in 2009.
