many people have done that, it's not going to be that big a deal. i wonder. >> remember when there was a stigma and shame attached to lots of stuff that's all disappeared? >> what is everyone doing -- you're taking the naked picture for your boyfriend? that's the point? >> you are asking me who has never been naked in her entire life? >> i don't understand why -- they say of the girls who took the pictures, they say only 14% regretted it. it wasn't like you do it and think, oh, my gosh, i shouldn't have done that. 14% regretted it. the rest thought it was fine, which means that 14% of the pictures probably got out or something. >> not going to judge it, but it's hard to believe. hard to believe, hoda woman. you've taken risque ones you admitted, in "the daily news." >> risque for me. you know? you know, i'm covered up most of the time. i'm embarrassed about being exposed. >> fantastic, fabulous? you're embarrassed about being fabulous? >> being exposed. this is a great piece of videotape. there was a 7-week-old baby boy

book that's coming out. >> how do you have time to write a memoir? >> so the year -- >> it started out as, you know, i went on my first world tour a couple of years ago. i also was going through a divorce at that time, so i was going to go out on my own with the two kids for the first time. my first world tour. it was like a big thing. i decided to do like a diary of the year i went on tour, and that's all it was supposed to be. like a lot of pictures of the tour and how i put the tour together and all this kind of stuff. as i realized i was putting the tour together, all my songs and all the things about my life were so reflective and so intertwined that it became more. it became more than just a diary of that year. it became more of what that year was like and how transformational it was at that moment because of the low i was going through at the same time going through this tremendous high of meeting my fans alone in the world for the first time. it turned out to be more of a life lesson book than i expected it. yeah. >> you are here. we talked about this off the top, but this is viva today.

then put our sweats on on the plane? people do. >> some people do. it depends how i feel. sometimes i feel like going to the plane looking nice, and sometimes i feel like i just can't wait to get out of makeup. >> what about makeup? is it a must? when you leave your house, do you have some kind of makeup on? >> not always. again, quick fixes. i do a lot of ponytails and buns. you always catch me with a bun. or like sunglasses. a little bit of lip gloss. a little bit of mascara. >> mascara is your thing. >> mascara, for sure. >> what would you say is the question that most people ask you about your look and -- >> i would say they always ask about my skin. i would just say i have good genes. my mom and grandma have beautiful skin. i was blessed with that. i'm fortunate in that way. you know, it's also like i try to get my sleep. i am not, you know -- i don't smoke. i don't drink. you know, there are other things that i try to do in a healthy way. i take care of my skin too. i wash my makeup off before i go to sleep at night. i put on my moisturizer. i use my eye cream. you know. you have to -- at a certain point you have to start doing that.

>> a lot of people are writing in notes, and they want to ask you questions. martha wants to know -- she wants to know about keeping your body healthy, because i think everyone wants to be fit. what do you do daily? >> again, it's -- for me i've learned this over the years since -- it's a balance. i love to eat. i grew up on fried foods and rice and beans and all this kind of stuff. at a certain point you got to go i got to eat a lot more greens. especially with the whole vegan thing. i've got to have a hot more healthy food. you have to work out. you have to work out. you have to exercise. you have to move. it's -- nobody loves it. we all hate it. it's the worst. but you have to -- i mean, it's a good feeling when you get into it. >> when it's over. >> when it's over, you feel great, but it's hard to do, and nobody loves doing it every day. >> what do you do? >> i like to -- i do circuit training. i do a little bit of cardio. i don't go crazy. i do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, and then i'll do muscle work with little weights. nothing crazy. i'm not a bodybuilder. i'm just trying to stay toned, and i'm trying to keep my muscle, you know, there.

or it goes. >> your little ones, too. that's a lot. >> i dance. i do perform, which helps me a lot. more probably than the average person who works in a regular job. my dance is a living. you know what i mean? i'm doing that a lot as well. >> one particular person wants to know -- they want to know because they hope that you have had tons of plastic surgery because it's not fair for somebody to be born that way. what do you say to that? >> i haven't had any plastic surgery. nothing. i haven't had any injectables or fillers or anything like that. nothing. >> all right. would you? >> that's ridiculous. >> i don't know. first of all, i don't judge anybody who does. you have to do what makes you feel good. i haven't done it yet. i don't know if i will in the future. i don't know how i feel when things start hanging. >> right. >> well, they haven't. >> thank god. >> we want to let everyone know that j. lo has a new cd, aka, that's out now. look at that.
