4:31 am
where we were yesterday. we keep climbing before we bring rain into the forecast. let's check your drive and welcome in mike inouye. >> we did have that rain yesterday in many parts of the bay. we do have reports, 101 at ralston. there's reports of a tree down blocking the slow lane as you're coming up through that area, but no problems as you travel through belmont or san mateo. the east bay, oakland has a smooth ride. there's construction crews in both directions, though, as you travel downtown. the crews will be there for another half an hour to an hour. the golden get bridge is a concern because of the view. that will be an issue over the course of the morning. we'll watch it as it makes appearances around the bay. >> now to developing news on the biggest fire burning in

he would learn to help on the other end and shut it down and be of assistance. >> and crews fighting a fire near the oregon border make some progress. it destroyed more than 150 homes in the town of weed. the fire is now 85% contained. >> this morning new details about another incident involving police being called to the home of 49ers' ray mcdonald and his fiancee. back in may someone at the home called 911 and reported the woman at the gun grabbing a gun and holding it at her side during an argument. investigators say the woman set the gun down and left the home after the man threatened to call 911. no charges were filed in in a case. three months later in a separate incident, ray mcdonald was
4:34 am
arrested on a charge of domestic violence. >> if mr. mcdonald can show on a a past occasion he was the one who felt threatened because his fiancee picked up a gun, that could explain his congress duct in august if he grabbed her. it gives credibility to a potential self-defense case. >> mcdonald has not commented on the may police report. he continues to play for the 49ers. team officials say they'll let due process run its course before making any decision on his future in the league. no charges filed on that may case. we have repeatedly asked the police for the report filed regarding the incident that led to mcdonald's recent arrest. the department has said it will not release the report. >> the pressure to bench ray mcdonald continues to intensify, this time coming from one of the

4:37 am
i have no comment for that. and this line goes around the block. i went to the very end of the line. we don't have time to get to the end of the line but i did a google maps from the end of the line to the front of the store, it's calculated it's a tenth of a mile. it's not clear how many of these people will be able to get their hands on the iphone 6. i understand from the people at the front of the line, there are maybe only a dozen in stock for the bigger phone. >> what time did you get out here? >> 3:30 in the afternoon. >> what are you going for? the 6 or the 6 plus? >> hope flip the 6 plus. >> so will you settle for the 6 then? >> i'll get what i can get. >> why is it important for you to be out here in the middle of the night? >> i've done it the last five years. >> the competitors already have

4:39 am
