contract the virus. this is a nurse in spain. she had cared for an ebola patient who had gotten the virus in sierra leone. president obama announced his administration is it working on adding protocols at airports across the country to improve the passenger screening process. he also said there will be more attention on training medical professionals on what to do should they come across a case. >> cdc staff would join ems first responders in meeting that flight and making the assessment on board the aircraft as to what the condition is. that's something that would apply to all flights. >> reporter: president obama added he's going to put more pressure on the leaders of other countries to help the west african nations that are right now trying to contain what's become the first ebola outbreak since it wass did covered in 1976.

the government tns to make moves that are contained. >> now, police on the peninsula are looking to find a man accused of 14-year-old self. bob, they say the man followed this teen for a while before approaching her, a little bit creepy. >> yeah. it's very creepy. fortunately she's safe. good morning to you, sam. this happened late yesterday afternoon around dinnertime, around quarter to 5on the 1600 block of bryant street, a a residential neighborhood not far from the police station here in downtown palo alto. this girl, 14 years old, was walking down the sidewalk. she noticed a man in a blew pickup truck he stopped a couple of toombs. she ignored him. but when he tried again, she did

make eye contact and noticed inside the cab he was exposing himself. she pulled out her cell phone and by the time police arrived, he was long gone. she gave officers a he's a white man, in he is mid 30s, at the time he was waring a black aviator t-shirt, and the pickup truck was clean and it looked like it might be a new vehicle. as far as the make, that has not been put out there yet but it was full size. the police indicated they might be able to get her to meet with a sketch artist. if that's the case, they'll be able to both in marked and

unmarked vehicles to just get a better control out there, especially around nearby schools and routes that kids should be taking home from school. reporting live here in downtown palo alto, bob redell, today in the bay. >> thank you very much, bob. >> police are hoping surveillance video will help them catch a suspect who assaulted an elderly woman on a very busy street. you see a woman pushing a shopping cart there. she then turns around and pushes one of two people passing her to the ground. the victim is an 85-year-old oakland woman. the suspect is in her 50s. if you have information, you're asked to call police. >> police found thomas price in a sacramento county hotel room with cocaine, heroin and

methamphetamines and found a 21-year-old passed out on his bed. hall was also arrested during the drug investigation. price said that hall and she had a casual relationship. police were tipped off to this incident by hall's boyfriend. >> santa clara police and officials want to talk about the impact the new stadium has had on residents. >> kris sanchez joins us with what's on the agenda. >> people are talking about the traffic but they're also concerned about an unfavorable element drawn into their

community. video inside a levi's stadium bathroom is shocking, one victim knocked out cold and the other victim is in serious condition still. witnesses say the fight started as a result of an argument over who was next in the bathroom. >> i'm glad they caught them within minutes. i'm sorry they got hurt. >> that won't be the only topic at a community meeting tonight. there's also the issue of pe persistent parking problems at the stadium.
