tuesday, and three, incidents took place so close to each other. we put this map together. you can see monday's flash attack happened on the 1600 block of bryant, a half mile away from yesterday's incident at seale and bryant. last night around 6:40 a 10-year-old girl walking her dog at that intersection when a man in a white volvo pulled up, asked her if she wanted to touch him, then exposed himself to her. she ran home where her parents called 911, and he was gone by the time officers arrived. she tells police he was a white man, late 20s, early 30s, brown hair, black and blue checkered shirt with white collar, driving a white older model volvo sedan. though the suspect in monday's incident driving a newer navy blue full sized pickup, police still believe the two incidents are connected. on monday, around 4:45, you have the suspect pulling up behind a 14-year-old girl walking down the sidewalk on the 1600 block
6:07 am
of bryant, exposed himself, and took off. she called 911 on her cell phone and gave police a similar description, again, of a white man, in his 20s, 30s, with dark hair, as a result of this, we were out here yesterday saying the same thing. police reiterating it today. they are bumping patrols up in that area because they want to catch this man. again, they believe both incidents are connected, that they are looking for the same guy. live here outside palo alto police, bob redell, "today in the bay." >> everyone needs to be on guard. thanks, bob. a pleasant week thus far here. 6:07 on wednesday morning. a live look from san bruno mountain. ethereal. a lovely picture of the bay area on a day that should be pretty nice. >> let's check the temperatures with meteorologist christina loren. >> you can see that thin veil of low clouds this morning. good morning to you. happy wednesday. temperatures are chilly out there. we do have plenty of low cloud cover at the immediate coast.

forefronts of my forecast because you want to know, are we going to get out of the drought? what happens if we don't get the rain we need this year? i can tell you, that will equate to mandatory restrictions. really we need this rain and everything i'm looking at leads me to believe the second half of this month is going to be active. you know what? we kicked off our rainy season, that is good news. hopefully that will maintain. 84 degrees today in the south away still pretty weather today and tomorrow. feeling like california, part of the reason we love living here. temps in the 70s, east shore. same for san francisco. continue to get spoiled in the city for next couple of days. temperatures climb back up as we head through friday into the upcoming weekend. for us, another warming trerngd offshore flow returns. a couple of things we get out of the offshore flow, great beach weather, clean waves and, yeah, looking towards a big pattern change. it might be your last hooray for

but when they arrived he was already gone. both girls are fine, they're safe, they weren't touched or attacked. but they also did get a good look at this man. and this is why police believe these two incidents are related because the suspect descriptions are similar. they say the man is white, he's in his late 20s, early 30s, and he had dark hair. though in both instances cars were different, they think incidents are related and that's why palo alto police, again, bumping up their patrols in that area which is not far from police headquarters, to try to catch this guy because there's a suspect description similar, back-to-back incidents, monday and tuesday, and locations, again, very close to each other. live outside palo alto police, bob redell, "today in the bay." >> exactly. it's creepy. he continues to come out. 6:54. a meeting held tonight in sunnyvale to give people who live there and near levi's
