80 is closed to traffic. there are evacuation orders in place. so far 380 acres have burned and the fire is just 10% contained. investigators are looking into the cause of those fires. >> now, a major resource cal fire uses to battle wildfires is out of commission this morning and there's no word when they'll be back. the entire fleet has been grounded since a deadly crash in yosemite on monday. cal fire has more than 20 of the s2t tankers. that means they'll have to battle the fire from the ground. highway 140, a main route into national yosemite tank is closed. >> and there is a memorial

outside of the holistair base. >> some bay area counties are doing what they can to prepare after the first person diagnosed with the ebola virus in the united states died yesterday. the contra costa public health official says a plan is officially in place. >> contra costa public health has been working with our local hospitals to make sure they have all the information and are prepared. >> seriously checking everybody coming from abroad so we don't import any diseases or anything that hurts our people. >> health officials and experts

dangerous. police say he followed a 14-year-old girl as he walked home from school on monday. she called 911 when he exposed himself. on tuesday police think the same man did the same thing to a 10-year-old girl who was walking her dog in the same area. police added extra patrols. >> san francisco police plan to release more details today at the deadly shooting at at&t park. the giants were finishing up their playoff game. police say three men break into a car. when officers confronted them, a man pulled out a gun. the officer shot at the suspects, wounding one. >> a crash on mission boulevard by warm springs, a motor cyclist was heading down mission when the rear axel of his truck hit his bike and killed him.

school leaders are planning to include culturally themed dorm floors and will be handing out campus climbing surveys and reviewing diversity classes. >> tonight city leaders will talk about how much to raise the minimum wage in mountain view. they're going to vote on the increase of somewhere between $10 to $15. most are largely in favor of the hike because of high cost of living. the city's current minimum wage is $9. some cities have a minimum wage above $10. >> public transportation might be an option for people who work the night shift. bart's board of directors will meet to talk about adding a late-night bus service. it could be up and running as soon as december. after midnight, trains and buses would run every 20 minutes until

the final vehicle had to make it over to treasure island so it's what we call a slow lower so they can remove it from the exit off the left. getting into san francisco, no problems at the bay bridge toll plaza, clear on the oakland side. clouds hover above the east bay shore way. there's a problem for visibility highway 101 on the coast. right now look at san rafael and it's an easy clear view. southbound 101 shows a few cars. no surprises right now. back to our maps. south of the bay bridge, it's a nice easy drive right now. green all over the speed indicators. watch that coastal area as well. highway 1 through pacifica, through the south bay and tri-valley, typical patterns here. in san jose, northbound 1 01.
