private cell phone photos will turn himself in today. harrington has admitted he stole explicit photos from phones he arrested. according to his attorney, the officer thought sharing the photos with his fellow officers, was, quote, funny. he could serve up to three years in jail. >> investigators say teens held a 17-year-old at gun point forcing him where to reveal cash and other valuables. investigators say the street was well equipped with cameras because of a rash of previous burglaries. >> also today, a plea hearing for the man accused of shooting and killing a mother of four in

oakland. police say he gunned down perla avina last sunday while driving home from the grocery store. police first thought it was a case of road rage. investigators say they have new information that may lead to a different motive but will not elaborate. she was the mother of four children, the youngest just a year and a half old. >> zachary bradley was a 20-year-old sophomore who wanted to be a doctor. according to a statement from oracle arena, he was found unconscious during a concert. he fell more than 20 feet from an elevated and restricted area behind the stage. word is spreading about the tragedy. >> we were talking about it today and our other director, she knew him and she was telling us how sad it was because she just saw him a few days ago.

>> members of bradley's fraternity described him as a lively person and genuine and loving friend. >> sad loss. >> today the san rafael will be considering a resolution to buy body-worn cameras for its entire police force. supporters say they increase transparency in the work they do. grant money would be used to cover the expense. >> new rules go into effect today telling people when they can water their plants. watering with sprinklers will now be restricted to before 10 in the morning and after 8:00 at night. can you continue to irrigate with gray or recycled water any time of the day.

the futures closing lower today. we're going to get some key manufacturing data today. the big number this week will be the jobs number on friday. argentina is suspending all procter & gamble operations in that country after accusing the products make of tax fraud, claiming they inflated the price of imports from brazil by $140 million. that's a pretty steep penalty to cease all operations. >> thank you, bertha. >> and on big island of hawaii, lava threatening the road of pohoa. we s geologists say the main flow is no longer advancing but they say a school that remains in the

we'll get a brief taste of the 80s in the south bay on wednesday. that manse temperatures will climb to the 70s in san francisco. and those numbers start to drop off after the storm track returns to the bay area, though we are holding off on showers until we get into next week. here's the deal. once we get into this changing pattern, we're talking about seven to eight consecutive days of good rainfall in the bay area. it's looking very promising for the drought situation. we'll tell you where we stand in terms of our average rainfall in just a moment. >> 4:47 right now. in southern california, five people have been arrested in a halloween hit-and-run crash that killed three girls, two of them were twin sisters, all 13 years
