the war in afghanistan is still being debated. president obama says afghanistan has a chance to rebuild its country and that the u.s. is not going to be the source of terrorist attacks again. the withdraw has been a moment many family have been waiting well over a decade for. nearly 11,000 u.s. troops in afghanistan will stay to keep the country stable over the next few months. >> it's an important mission here but it's difficult to be away from home. >> reporter: the u.s. is prepared to leave but critics aren't so sure that afghanistan can stand on its own. >> a group of hackers called lizard squad taking credit for

he spent two months last year related to a cough and has recently lost the use of his legs. >> two officers said what happened on a shift was the best ever. men said while they appeared calm, they were nervous and anxiously waiting for paramedics to take over but the baby boy wouldn't wait. as soon as he was born, though, the officers noticed something wasn't right. >> so the baby had the cord wrapped around the neck. we did that and the mother wanted to hold the baby, the father offered the shirt off his back to warm the baby up. >> a passenger did take photos
