blue vaccines work. a pediatric neurosurgeon told the hill he strongly believes in individual and parental rights but also said certain communicable diseases have been eradicated by immunization in this country. we should now allow those to return by foregoing safe vaccine programs. for philosophical, religious and other reasons when we have the means to eradicate them. a feud is brewing between family members of late actor robin williams. his wife susan is battling children from three previous marriages. in december she filed court papers claiming items belonging to williams was taken from their california home and a trust entitles only to napa home. at stake, clothing jewelry, and awards. but the late comedian's children disagree. they claim williams third wife is the one violating the trust. the children say neither them or representatives have taken

anything from the house. music mogul suge knight said to be araped on murder charges. right now held without bail and could face life in prison if convicted. knight is charged with murder attempted murder and two counts of hit-and-run. this after he allegedly ran over two with a pickup truck last week killing one and injuring another. his lawyer has called it a tragic accident. on monday night's $2.2 million bail was revoked. l.a. county sheriff's department told "l. a. times" his bail was pulled because he's a possible flight risk and three strike candidate. they also say he has possible witness intimidation issues and criminal past. the charges would call for third strike sending him to prison to life. bill karins here with more on the northeast snowstorm and weather in the west. >> northeast got done with storm number two of what could be three big ones in three weeks. it's how it all plays out.

the latest one. prince edward island two feet of snow. our friends up there in canada getting nailed by that storm, too. the highest totals in this storm, chicago to detroit, buffalo, syracuse albany up through boston. widespread foot to about a foot and a half of snow. lessers totals to the south in new york city a lot of ice also. active weather first time in a month shifting to west coast. a bunch of front coming through. one went to the south yesterday and now lift northwards as a warm front. that is bringing light rain areas of medford, not quite into portland but will eventually. high pressure protects us for now throughout northern california central california. but that's going to change. thursday into friday looks like we finally get into a nice wet weather pattern. radar in medford area. some light rain. there is some snow in passes. it's very high. 7 to 8,000 feet. no one should be too worried about doing driving out there. today's forecast light rain in oregon and washington state.

breaking news out of egypt. a 27-year-old man was killed when a bomb exploded in front of the hospital in alexandria. three others were wounded. the deadly explosion comes hours after another bomb went off in cairo. no casualties in that explosion. now tightened security at the airport in cairo after police discovered and detonated two bombs there last night. bobbi kristina brown, the daughter of late singer whitney houston is fighting for her life. that's according to the estate of the 21-year-old's family members. they have joined her side in atlanta. she was taken there saturday after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub. nfl warren sapp arrested after allegedly soliciting prostitution. he was found in a hotel room hours after super bowl ended. told police an argument over
