indicate there would be plenty of room to back up. she turned, walked and gets back in the car. >> reporter: instead of backing up, she pulled forward, right into the path of an oncoming train. in a massive fireball the train carried the suv a thousand feet down the tracks, yanking the electrified third rail out of the ground and driving it like a speak through the floor of the first train car anto second. already, ntsb investigators recovered the data recorder. >> two big questions, why was the car on the train tracks and what caused this accident to be failed. >> reporter: ellen brody was married with three daughters. she worked at a jewelry store. >> she was the most warm person. she was kind. she was a great mom. >> reporter: her husband alan posting on facebook, thank you

>> happy day for you, al. >> let's move on to other news. the fbi, an investigation is under way this morning into what is being called a very sophisticated cyber attack on the health insurance anthem. the target a database containing some 80 million records. pete williams is our justice correspondent. good morning. >> reporter: they say it doesn't appear credit card information is compromised but hackers accessed other personal information in what it calls a sophisticated attack. anthem says the hackers got access to names, social security numbers and birth dates and e-mails and street addresses and employment information, including income data. the company says the information covered some customers and anthem employees who are covered now or were in the past. anthem has customers in 16 states, including new york and california. the company says the intrusion was discovered last week. it says so far there is no sign

"it's a difficult mission," said the diver. while relatives attended a simple religious ceremony on the river bank. from his bed, a survivor said he felt there was a problem as soon as the plane took off. he told the person next to him, they should hold on to their seats and cover their heads. the 72-year-old said the plane went down the minute he stopped talking. the last moments were dramatically captured by the dash cams of passing cars. the plane clipping an elevated roadway before cart wheeling into the river below, where these new pictures capture the horror of a survivor at a window desperately waving to rescue

pneumonia. these amazing stories that are coming out of this accident. >> it's incredible. first of all to survive the crash, then to find your way through the water and the wreckage for your own survival. and to have the presence of mind to look around gather your family. there is my boy right there, performing cpr to save his life. he said this is my only child. i could not let that boy die. he got him. he did not let him die. amazing story. >> one person was talking about the taxicab the plane, the wing clipped the cab. he was shaken up but survived taken to the hospital. is going to be okay. look at that the damage on that car. >> you can watch it over and over i found looifl myself last night watching it over and over. you know what's happened. but it's remarkable what we are able capture now on dash-cam video. in russia it's popular, everyone has a dash cam camera for insurance purposes but to
